➳ The bass is pumping, the strobes are flickering and the heavy sweat and gas from the smoke machine are filling up the room. It’s a quarter past 2 AM in Berlin and it feels like an eternity since the evening began. 

➳ A familiar and yet nervous excitement starts to travel from his head deep into his chest. A cloud of anxiety sits above him, together with the presence of an intense feeling of flight. He knows he can’t run. This is his chance to lighten up the room as he had always dreamed of doing, to take the souls in the room on a journey they could possibly never forget. 

➳ A sudden flashback brings him back to the time when he felt he had a clear vision on how his music needed to sound like. It needed to have a certain speed, a certain groove and bring a certain energy into the room. The conviction that he was on the right path was so strong that he thought there could be no other way. Little did he know. 

➳ As time went by, the signs began to show that something else was needed: a new approach, a new vision, a new energy. He believed the time had come to explore other paths and lighten the way for them.

➳ In the end it’s always a matter of timing, setting, and believing in yourself. There is a time and place for everything, but even in that everything there is a time and place for nothing. It’s about flexibility, malleability, and the ability to tap into your own sensitivity. To realize where and who are you now and to shift the focus into where you want to go and who do you want to be. 

➳ This was the moment where he went beyond his very own perception, where the past and present merged into each other, making way for the future. And just like that, in the blink of an eye he found himself back in the middle of the crowd, surrounded by sweat, smoke and the music blasting through the speakers. Looking around one last time, focusing on each individual part of the space he was in, he realised that it was time to bring forth a new energy.

Oriental Electronic Mix with Jose Solano ılıl Kermesse ılıl Tamada

A few weeks ago I heard of the "most relaxing song in the world". Researchers say it will reduce stress and anxiety by about 65%.  The song mentioned is Weightless by Marconi Union. 
it has a slow 60 beats per minute, with no sudden changes in tempo or volume. The hypothesis is that our heartbeat syncs up with that 60 beats per minute tempo, which is a healthy resting heart rate beneficial to sleep.
I have been a fan of ambient music for a while and have been using it to calm my nerves on stressful days. I got inspired and began recording an ambient remix based on the song of Marconi Union.
