A gently and sustainable attention is the result of Embodied Presence. Some questions we are asking here are: What is a sustainable attention? What helps and hinders attention?  How do Intention and values play a role in an integrated attention? What is an open awareness?  What is the relationship between open awareness and soft focus? How does Grounding support sustainable focus?

Intention Core Values and Soft Sustainable Steady Attention

How do we embrace a more holistic sense of ourselves which means we are not hostage to that thinking mind and get more space and ease….? 

We are not our thoughts, we are so much more …we are this embodied river of life and relationship in which thoughts have a place, where they can serve us not be our master. 

Cherish and relish these sensations of touch and contact, really go there, just enjoy the simplicity of what is always available at all times,  Notice how your body responds to this contact - this primordial contact with mother earth who has given birth to us. 
Its as if by magic the body can begin to get a sense of its fullness, its whole sense of itself, its whole shape from the skin’s perspective.  And just notice is the more or less thinking or more thinking when the feet rest on the ground?

It’s in direct contrast, the cartesian ‘I think therefore I am’ mind. The thinking mind cannot for it’s life solve emotional experiential issues.  Normally when it comes to the complexities of emotional bodies, it makes things worse. How do we embrace a more holistic sense of ourselves which means we are not hostage to that thinking mind and get more space and ease….?
Well ,we begin by just pausing!
Giving tenderness to yourself…. Care, love, say ‘Hello’ to that part.
