PREMIERE - Doctr - The Calling  (Mélopée Records)

"Machia & Velli" is the alias of electronic music producer Oliver Schmidt, who started his musical career in the 1990s as a founding member of influential German HipHop bands "Poets of Peeze" and "Fettes Brot" and since 2017 helps his "teenage love" Italo Disco to boost into the 21st Century producing Italo, Dark Wave, Indie Dance and Synthwave tracks.
His 8-track "Discorsi" album was released on 14th October 2022 on Bungalo Disco label.

Sinchi Collective is a multifaceted music platform. Including a label, event promoter, mix/edit series and blog (which showcases our favourite soon to be released music). 

The label launched in January 2019 and has featured a combination of singles and compilation releases with artists such as Sascha Funke, Curses, TAPAN, Damon Jee, Biesmans, Khidja, Anatolian Weapons, and Tolouse Low Trax, to name a few and its objective is to promote positive social change and raise funds for our Sinchi Foundation, which supports Indigenous forest guardians in the Brazilian Amazon. Niels Docter, aka Doctr, is an electronic music producer from Amsterdam, known for his blend of intergalactic disco, electro, and house. A former drummer for the Dutch ska band De Hardheid, he made the switch to electronic music in 2009.
Since then, he has brought his sound to club nights and festivals across Europe and beyond, from underground venues to stages at Mysteryland and Solar Weekend. Whether behind the decks or in the studio, Doctr delivers grooves, retro-futuristic textures, and playful energy. With releases on labels like Bordello A Parigi, Music For Dreams, and Polari Records including tracks like Tropique, Training, Now You Can Fly, and Kisses in the Dark he continues to craft music that celebrates the dance floor in all its forms.
