First-class dreams, tacky and louche, vinyl seats, sticky cocktails, giddy highs, and lusty stomp. Polymath rock ‘n’ roll electronics that work a little less obviously, but feel a whole lot better. The group came together to bring you there.
The Tegel Boys make modern disco body music, in- flight acid house, airport-blues-boogie, hi-fi dada-rap for those tuned-in psychic travelers. A locomotive and leaden groove onboard, a wink to the frequent flyers, a fountain of sample-delic digger knowledge and circus hijinks spill out on the active runway where the boys navigate it to cruising altitude. 
They are an amalgamation of talent bubbling forth from the Berlin underground channeling parallel lives in NYC-LoftManchester-
Hacienda-Southside-Philly- Berghain-Berlin-Konono-Kinshasa-Acid-Istanbul and every other boogie-scorched molecule of human hip- shake. Obstinate, modern, deeply soulful and playful dance music from the family.

Half Electric ft. Marvin Jam [Original] is a chunky, stomping, elastic, acid-disco, peak time slow burner, a hefty slab of relentless boogie built around a mysterious and unforgettable classic-rock guitar figure, whiplash cowbells, and a hungry 303 line snaking its way into the mix,
a track aimed directly at the hips. Just as this throb is frothing over, things kick into a streamlined, disco pulse, the saxophone honk joins, and vocalist Marvin Jam intones a scorching soul-blues lament, a glorious build off into the horizon. 
On remix duties is Tirana, Albania-based Uj Pa Gaz, a talented live-electronic musician in his own right with releases on Tici-Taci, Heimlich, Esthetique and more, who goes right for the melodic core of the track,
dropping a Chemical Brothers friendly big broken beat over a perfect marriage of blissed-out synth figures and sunrise arpeggio-pulse, a steady chug bringing the sexy sax back in play. A
monstrous build brings Marvin’s vocals back and it's an all-out timeless body-ecstacy bounce.

FANTASTIC TWINS @fantastictwins, the solo artist formerly known as The Twins, has always carried an air of transmutability - not only in a name creating its own hall of mirrors, but also in a constantly fluctuating sound, from the first spoken word interludes recorded as The Truly Fantastic Dessagne Twins From Saint-Etienne (for the Pachanga Boys’ infamous “We Are Really Sorry” album) to myth-building solo releases on Hippie Dance and Optimo Music, as well as style-bending remixes for La Mverte Vs Capablanca, Moscoman and – most recently – fellow Hippie Dancer Rebolledo. 

Following the echo-drenched “Holiday” on “A Very Nice Combinado Volume Dos”, the project from Julienne Dessagne has embarked on yet another transforming journey, leading to the latest outing with the well-suited title THE NEW YOU. Its four tracks prove Dessagne’s ongoing commitment to an open sound aesthetic that works the techno blueprint from the inside out, mutating from foreboding, post-industrial landscape to dazed interzone opera in a heartbeat. 

Uncanny rave polaroids from last night’s ill-memorized peak floor flash up on opener SHAKE IT’s mental screen, while follow-up HEY tries to herd its nervously rushing percussion to no - albeit banging - avail. The title track slowly implodes in reverse, pitting Dessagne’s obsessing, molting vocals against a stubbornly no-wave-ish synth bassline and octave-hopping freeform keyboards blown to gaseous smithereens. Post-punk closer TIME SCIENCE kicks into motion with a confused diary entry turned subconscious commentary – while the psych guitar gently weeps all over the neatly arranged furniture. Welcome back, newcomers!

The village was deafly silent, you could barely hear a pin drop or a murmured whisper echo through the streets. Nothing happened in this god forsaken place anymore. Many, if not all, had left for other climes or intrepid adventures. They'd abandoned everything, in search of something better. Those that remained were intent on making their move soon. They knew the next chapter would be greater than this one. But then again, the grass is always greener... 

Paris-based Motordiscs, conceived by the team behind late nightclub Garage, set a pretty high bar when they launched their label earlier this year with a four tracker VA featuring an all star cast of artists: Khidja, Zombies In Miami, Curses and Kasper Bjørke. Their second helping is no different. This time they've locked in contributions from Sascha Funke, Modular Project, Massimiliano Pagliara and our pick from Concret & Cantor, a heads down cut driven by synths, atmospheric guitar licks and squiggly acid lines.

Stockholm based electronic music duo, Sex Kino is the New Wave and Dark Disco project by english singer, songwriter and producer, James Brook (ex Pardon Moi) and swedish artist Josefine Larsson. Forged in the forests of the swedish archipelago, Sex Kino is at the cross-roads between rock, disco and folk. delivering hypnotic rythms suited for the dancefloor as well as the radio.
