Bio:
Born in Barcelona and moved to Bristol, Dubtime is a dj and producer who developed his style after he fell into Reggae and sub-genres like Dub and Ragga-Jungle. Since then he has been loyal to the Jamaican sounds.

As a producer, in the last few years he has managed to gain reputation in the international junglist scene with releases in top labels as Jungle Cakes, Dub Shotta, Serial Killaz, or South Yard, his co owned label, remixing tunes for big names as Dreadsquad, Jakes or General Degree, and placing his tunes in some of the best dj's playlists, as Benny Page or Run Tingz.
His style keeps always that Jamaican vibe using Reggae samples, vocals and fx in most of his tunes, either when he makes Ragga-Jungle or Drum'n'Bass.

His dj sets are known by quick mixes, double drops and an accurate selection which goes from the Reggae Roots anthems to the broken Ragga-Jungle & Drum'n'Bass beats. 

He has been playing all around Spain in some of the best clubs and festivals, and since he moved to Bristol in 2015, in some of the best reggae-jungle nights in the city and around.

Karlixx is a recognised dj/producer from the spanish jungle scene. In 2004, he started to play his first reggae and drum’n’bass sets to audiences. He focused his sets on an innovative mixture of dubwise and neurofunk creating a fresh new style.
Since then he´s continued to delight crowds with sets full of double drops, original mashups and a technique honed through his years of playing and his passion for music.
Over the years Karlixx has released a large number of raggajungle , reggae and electronic sets with thousands of downolads , his famous sets and mixtapes have earned him respect from the music scene. His mixtape “ It’s a Reggae Morning” was selected by industry recognised website ´Reggae. es´webmembers as the best reggae mixtape of the year 2014.
After more than ten years smashing dancefloors in Spain he decided to make the leap into producing music in the studio in a totally self taught way. Releasing his first tunes through the mexican label Low Freq as well as free downloads, and collaborations with friends, artists and new talents.
The essence of his production fuses electronic beats with caribbean influences like dub, dubwise, and dancehall plus hip-hop, with the heavy bass of jungle, tunes range from 140bpm to 175bpm.
Collaborations and fresh vocals feature highly. As he started to collaborate with more renowned and international producers Karlixx and friends created a new label.
In 2016 the spanish reggae and jungle label South Yard was launched , creating a new platform to release their own music.
During this period his gigs have evolved from the darkest sounds to the pure jamacian and caribbean sounds, loads of his own and his friends dubplates and productions have created good vibes on the dancefloor He has been resident for two years at The Bus sessions, Razzmatazz Club and the mighty Canibal Sound System sessions in Sala Apolo, in Barcelona, his hometown. Without any doubt Karlixx is one of the “numbah one” djs in the drum’n’bass and jungle scene in Spain.
His sets are a blast for the ears from the first beat to the last , always loaded with dancing riddims. There is little more to be said about this junglist who has played with the best, and in the best clubs and festivals all around Spain.

Dubmatix is continually evolving his style, taking new influences on board on each new recording; by now it simply doesn’t do justice to the incredible breadth of his work to slap a ‘dub’ sticker on it.

For his new album he spent 2 years in the past and a lot of time in tweaking the knobs on high class Roots Tunes inna crossover style…!
