I'm a solo musician based up in Bradford, but recently returned from 3 years living in the capital. I'm not a fan of having a page dedicated solely to myself, but I'm pretty sure my friends on Facebook who aren't bothered about the things I have to say about myself (I know right?) would prefer it if I shifted it all to one place.

This year I brought out my first record, 'Roam', a 6-track EP about the highs and lows of living in London. It's got all the instruments on it that I know how to play, and was produced by Luke Yates at Small World Music Services. You can hear it here: www.mickydey.bandcamp.com

South Yard is a record label coming up by linking ideas and passions to work together in harmony and unity. A community, a group of artists, a family; a place for all who likes the skank, the drum & the bass, a meeting point for the hip hop, dub & reggae lovers and of course for all the broken beats & basslines addicts all over the world. Founded by Kursiva, Karlixx, Mooncat, Dubtime & Laura early in 2015, they have been rising exponentialy in their releases having the support of the scene by touching different sides of the drum & bass. 
2024 is waiting for us and we are more than ready to go for it, so stay tuned!

Born  in Mexico and settled in Denmark for more than half of his life, Danochilango has a very wide influence of music genres and styles, making him a very eclectic DJ/Producer. His music is mainly bass oriented: from balkan to dub, from bhangra to cumbia or from dancehall to son jarocho, he's always trying to mash and mix styles experimenting with his large collection of world instruments, as well as trying to discover new musical genres by combining traditional music from any part of the world, trying to keep the organic feeling of acoustic instruments but also adding a touch of electronic synths or beats that would only enhance the soundscape, soul and groove of that creation.

Danochilango has shared stage with artists such as: Celso Piña, Shantel, El Hijo de la Cumbia, Che Sudaka, Panteón Rococó, Copia Doble Systema, Daniel Haaksman, Bomba Estéreo, Dengue Dengue Dengue! and Systema Solar to mention some. He has residency in 3 different clubs in Copenhagen and has a project with the Colombian MC Mambe in which the EP called HIBRIDO came out.

We do edits, quite good ones actually...
