i’ve been journaling every morning for the past 3 years now, and about 2yrs ago i started closing every entry with “you are more than enough” once i hit that last line on the third page. even though i've written this for the past 700 or so days, it still sometimes feels like a lie. 

for every moment when it actually feels true, there are 10 others that try to convince me otherwise. doubt and fear are always there trying to slow you down and keep you from growing. but don’t give in and let your voice be silenced. push forward anyways- surrender to the process and trust in the practice. and don’t forget.. you are MORE than enough. now and always 💜
