Slugbucket is a brand new alternative rock group from London Ontario. This is a demo for our song "Inside Us All Along" for the album we are currently working on, And There Will Be Blood.

About 3 years ago I was in college sitting in a music production class. We had a class assignment where classmates would volunteer to play one of their songs and we, as a group, would decide on which song was best and that we wanted to work on. So a bunch of people picked up the acoustic guitar and played. Many had some potential but one stood out to me the most. Neil Brown was a quiet guy that I didn't know much about including what his music was like. He played one of his songs and I was absolutely blown away. I immediately started thinking of ideas of what to add to his song. He had an ability to really make you feel his music. Neil recorded himself singing and the acoustic guitar and I added some of my ideas to his song in this rough mix. I never got around to finishing it but if someone has the final class version I'd love to hear it. I've listened to this song hundreds of times. You never really know the talent and potential of a person until you sit and listen. Take 4 minutes to hear what I experienced. This is "Falling Apart At Sea" by Neil Brown. May he rest in peace.

Goin' Out West - Doctor Friend (Tom Waits cover)

We are a weird, 3-piece Alternative/Stoner Rock band from London, Ontario. Our music sounds like the White Stripes having sex with the Butthole Surfers... while Black Sabbath sits in the corner and watches. We are simple, sarcastic, heavy and weird. Our trio consists of Max Dow on lead vocals and guitar, his brother Sam Dow on the bass, and their good friend Brendan Beamish on drums. We are currently writing and demoing songs for our debut album, And There Will Be Blood. Almost all the demos we have so far were recorded in a basement home studio with the few mics we own, on a crappy analog mixer that just might electrocute anyone who dares touch it. We recently upgraded to a digital system and we will be posting new recordings very soon.
