Timo Baker is a British composer and musician with a career spanning over 35 years in the music, film, and television industries. He has worked with major entertainment companies, including Universal Pictures, Lionsgate, Netflix, Disney+, CBS Productions, and the BBC. 

He is known for composing music for globally successful TV shows and films, including River Monsters, Primal Survivor, Stan Lee’s Superhumans, and numerous BBC series such as Countdown to Life, Miracles of Nature, Our Changing Planet, and Cities: Nature’s New Wild.

Originally a guitarist, Timo began his career in the 1990s as a member of the alt-rock band Crazy Gods. The band’s debut album Heavy Planet was produced by Warne Livesey, (The The, Midnight Oil, and Jesus Jones). Timo’s early musical influences were defined by his time performing and touring with notable acts such as The Prodigy and Feeder.

Following the band’s dissolution of in 1998, Timo shifted focus to composing for TV and film. During this time, he worked at an interactive TV company, Timo honed his talent for writing to picture by dovetailing his understanding of visuals with his compositional skill.

Timo’s career as a composer took off after relocating to Bristol with the punchy rock score for PlayStation's Ghost Rider. His work in television expanded with major projects such as Secrets of Wild India for National Geographic, narrated by David Attenborough, Survive The Tribe and the BBC-Sega co-production Orbi. 

Timo’s diverse compositional range includes everything from experimental ambient to full orchestral scores, showcasing his adaptability to different genres and media formats.

In addition to his work on TV shows, Timo expanded his repertoire by composing music for film trailers. Working with the LA-based agency Pusher Music, he created music for high-profile trailers such as The Adjustment Bureau, Paul and . Tracks from his album Digital Scars (T Minus 50) were licensed for use in the hit television series CSI: New York.

Timo is an active member of the Ivors Academy and the Musicians' Union. He serves on two advisory committees, Fair Score and MWS, where he advocates for the rights of composers and musicians.

Timo’s long-standing career has made him a prominent figure in the film and television music industry, known for his versatile musical approach and ability to craft memorable scores for a wide range of projects.

Polski kompozytor pochodzenia bułgarskiego, multiinstrumentalista i producent muzyczny. Zdobywca głównej nagrody 7. edycji Berlinale Score Competition, był nominowany do European Talent Award w Kolonii.

Skomponował muzykę do filmów w reżyserii Tomasza Bagińskiego („Legendy Polskie”), Andrzeja Wajdy („Zwięzła kronika czasu”) i Jana P. Matuszyńskiego („Deep Love”, „Ostatnia rodzina”). We współpracy z Europejską Agencją Kosmiczną (ESA) wyprodukował album ‚„Ambition”, upamiętniający historyczną misję Rosetta oraz lądowanie na komecie 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko. 
Twórca projektu „Transoriental” oraz producent platynowego albumu Kayah „Transoriental Orchestra”.

Jest producentem wielu płyt, singli, remiksów, ścieżek dźwiękowych i kampanii reklamowych. Koncertuje na festiwalach muzycznych i w klubach w całej Europie. Odważnie łączy elektronikę z klasyką, swobodnie poruszając się w wielu gatunkach muzycznych.

Ostatnie produkcje, do których napisał muzykę to serial „Bodo” (Telewizja Polska), „Belfer” (Canal+) oraz seria filmów krótkometrażowych science-fiction zrealizowanych przez Tomasza Bagińskiego „Legendy Polskie”.

JP Candela is a Madrid-born DJ now based in Ibiza who has become one of the key DJs in the international electronic music scene and has played a crucial role in the island’s musical history, holding weekly residencies for the last 15 years at iconic clubs like HI Ibiza, Pacha Ibiza and Space Ibiza.
During the summer of 2024, he’s been spinning at clubs like Cova Santa and Playa Soléil, as well as being part of one of the biggest Afro House parties, SUMMERIANS, which has become a must-go event on the island.
His musical style is rooted in the Techno vibes of the late '80s, the House sound of the '90s and the Progressive House of the 2000s. Influenced by legends like Frankie Knuckles, Kerri Chandler, Jerome Sydenham, and Dennis Ferrer, his sound now covers a diverse range that includes Afro House, House, Indie Dance, Melodic House and Melodic Techno.
His sets are known for being eclectic, dynamic, and full of groove, captivating audiences all over the world.
Throughout his career, JP Candela has remixed a wide variety of artists, from icons like New Order to Pop and Hip-Hop Stars like David Guetta, SIA, Kid Cudi and Snoop Dog. He’s also taken on remixes of classic electronic tracks like "HEY HEY" by Dennis Ferrer, "Plastic Dramas" by Jaydee, "Strings Of Life" by Soul Central, and "You’re Not Alone" by Olive.
Recently, he launched his own label and event, ĀMA Music, with a residency at Lula Club in Madrid, where he’s shared the stage with artists like Argy, Tripolism, Alex Wann, Adam Ten, Notre Dame, Satori, Dorian Craft, ANDHIM, Audiofly, Rampue, Monkey Safari, Super Flu...

 Some of his latest original collaborations include "Amazonia" with Sparrow and Barbossa.
Among his latest original productions, 'ATACAMA' stands out, hitting the TOP 10 in sales, and 'THAR,' which reached the TOP 3. Both were released under ĀMA Music and received support from notable artists in the scene like Kasango, Baron, Audiofly, Marasi, Nico Morano, Betoko, Sparrow & Barbossa. One of his upcoming releases is 'Right Here,' a collaboration with Doriann, an artist from Solomun's Dynamic label, set to drop in December 2024.
JP Candela has taken his music to iconic cities like Berlin, Paris, Milan, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Bangkok, Beijing, Singapore, Bora Bora, Moscow, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Tulum, Split, Marrakech, and Tokyo, among others, as well as to the top clubs in Spain, including MOMENTO and Playa Padre in Marbella, Pacha and CDLC in Barcelona, and Lula Club and Fabrik in Madrid
He’s been part of world-renowned festivals like Ultra Music Miami, Ultra Music Europe, Creamfields, A Summer Story, Medusa and MTV Haupstadt solidifying his status as a must- have talent on the global scene.

As he looks forward to the 2025 season, JP Candela is gearing up for a new collaboration at SUMMERIANS by KINTAR, a key event in the Ibiza Afro Melodic House scene that will take place at some of the most prestigious locations worldwide, like Dubai, Bali, Tulum.
