Mindspring Music presents: Takkra - Retuner [MSM132]

This unusual album is an extract of an audio-visual installation called “Retuner” showcased at the Cinema Mystica exhibition in Budapest.

Takkra have created 7 pieces of music using the solfeggio scales, each piece is tuned to correspond to the frequencies of the human chakras.

The result is a meditative, viscerally soothing and regenerating listening experience. It feels like a subtle chakra massage done by sound frequencies. A visionary experiment in sound healing.

I was so inspired that I even recorded my voice for the first time ever! There are whales in there too, but since they did not feel like singing this time, I had to take over 😄🐳

Invisible Inks is a project by Veniamin Vigovsky, a musician from St. Petersburg, currently living in Serbia. Since 2014 he has released seven albums in a variety of genres, such as chillout, psybass, ambient. His music has attracted the positive attention of atmospheric music fans from around the world.

Invisible Inks is an extensive user of software synths, in his music he experiments with various software and VST plugins, which enables him to achieve a high level of sound quality.

The dominant music genre of In Search Of A New Home is space ambient interwoven with elements of downtempo and psybass. Its beautiful arpeggios float above the masterful soundscapes, the charming bass lines accent the elegance of the melodic lines. The album is a coherent artwork and is easy to listen to in one sitting. 💜The Journey after Trøllabundin asks us the intriguing question: What happens after you have been «trøllabundin», «bound by trolls», spellbound? This opening track is actually a continuation of the track Trøllabundin (Witch Princess Remix) by Eivør.
The shamanic drum, the mystic atmosphere, sounds of various animals, the humming crone, the ancient instruments like flutes, didgeridoo and lyre, and hypnotic rhythms of shakers and percussion leads you ever deeper into the trance, and enchants you into a fantastic and magical world of the imagination.

Forest Meeting is the debut EP of Witch Princess where she shares her signature sound of atmospheric, tribal and very psychedelic downtempo & psychill storytelling.
