Medium: 33 pairs of found printed images collected by Jess Willa Wheaton since 2007 and paired and sequenced in 2017, "You Belong to Me" first recorded by Sue Thompson in 1952 and covered and developed  by Jule Korneffel in 2017.
Belong to You considers through the pairing of sound and image what can belong together and how this process goes, once one realizes such a belonging. Who or what belongs together - what makes sense together? How can images cross time and space to become inseparable? To Wheaton and Korneffel it seems that the right elements can be found and placed in the right proximity, and that the rest will take care of itself. Dialectic unfolds in time, in a back and forth like a casual sway, creating emotional and conceptual endurance in a potentially infinite (and ephemeral) loop.
