K² is a music addict and 1990’s rave scene survivor from Oslo who occasionally DJ's. A vinyl freak for over two decades, his ever-growing record collection includes a little bit of everything – from ambient to deep house, acid and hardcore. And techno – lots of it. This mix explores the deep, driving, hypnotic side of his favourite genre, where current  “drone techno” stalwarts such as Milton Bradley and Giorgio Gigli nestle snugly alongside oldschool heroes like Orlando Voorn and Robert Leiner. One of the intentions was to bridge the past and the present: The oldest track is from 1992, the newest is from this year. 

K²’s favourite track of all time is “Elektra” by The Source Experience. The first record he bought was a Knutsen & Ludvigsen LP (apologies to non-Norwegians). He’s written a few hundred record reviews and compiled a techno CD with some friends to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Oslo’s oldest squat (Blitz) . He gets misty-eyed at the sight of abandoned warehouses and disused industrial sites. His motto is borrowed from Max Duley and goes like this: "Raving is a way of life. In fact, I'm raving right now. I'm going to bed soon and I'm gonna rave there too." If you like this mix, you may buy him a beer. Or a copy of “Uncharted”.

Boris Bunnik returns to the Fluid Electronics label after he delivered a stunning remix for Rob Belleville in 2020. This is his first outing under the Vernon Felicity alias since 2016. Boris - better known for his work as Conforce and Versalife, steps up with four cuts joining the dots between sci-fi-infused scenarios, rapturous synthy vistas and AI-powered club dynamism, bound to have dance floors phasing in a paradox of hi-intensity wares and textures-splattered sonics tailored to maximal effect. 

Breaking the EP in, “Chord Memory” lets out a thunder of raucous machine gargling. Navigating a league of its own, halfway proper muscular EBM and no-frills techno from the deep, this one attacks pedal to the metal with great loads of aggro kicks, rattling snares and monster bass swells surging upon the ravers with ominous presence. Doped on laser blasts and liquid-like vintage keyboardry, “Hindsight” blazes a trail of dusty acidness across, laying it thick with FX-riddled stabs and octave-shifting pads out an oddly distorted VHS score.

Roberto Bosco is an Italian Dj/producer and label owner. In 2007 he started his career by remixing the legendary track ‘Game One’ by Juan Atkins & Orlando Voorn and he released music on labels like Wave Music, Applied Rhythmic Technology (ART) and he also released three EPs on Figure label, just to name a few. 

During his career, he has always tried to improve his knowledge and to expand his music horizons looking for new sonorities. Indeed he founded an Ambient/Experimental label Last Drop Records in 2014 with his long time friend Kiny. 

His eclecticism can be found in his various projects like Introspective - Woods - Ichinen. Recently he has started a new adventure creating a new label: Sonorous Waves.
