Messy lattice is a work composed in such an uncertain epoch. The year 2020 is different for the  whole of humanity as for me. We see how people are impatient for getting back to “normal.”  Therefore, I felt the spirit of Autumn and its grief more than every year. The only thing that I could  be definite about is that there will be Winter that can be more chirpy. Another hand, chaos is  always interesting to me. Chaos is something that entangled by order. However, here I attempted  to get closer to being “messy.”

Farzan Salsabili (b. Sep 1998, Tehran, Iran)
He started learning piano at the age of 12 and composition at 18 with Karen Keyhani and later with Arshia Samsaminia.
Some of his works include his piece, "Pre[c]lude" for orchestra which won the 2nd prize of the International Composition Competition "XXVIII Concorso 2Agosto" and was premiered by Orchestra del Teatro Comunale di Bologna in Italy under the baton of Pasquale Corrado. 
"Phantasma no.1" for oud and fixed media, performed by Yasamin Shahhosseini, won the 1st prize in the sixth round of the Reza Korourian Award and also was broadcast in the 5th Tehran International Electronic Music Festival.
His piece, "Recalling" for solo flutist also won the 1st prize of Petrichor Records "Call for Young Iranian Composers" and was performed by Kelariz Keshavarz. 
He had private and group lessons with Ken Ueno, Joachim Heintz, Don Freund, Reza Vali and he also attended lectures held by Chaya Czernowin, Katharina Rosenberger, Marco Stroppa, Nina C. Young, and etc.   
His music has been performed and broadcasted in Australia, Canada, Iran, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, and the USA. Several of his pieces have been published in compilation albums such as "Young Iranian Composers Project" Petrichor Records, "Visions of Darkness" Unexplained Sounds Group, "Noise a Noise 21.4", etc.
He holds a bachelor's degree in composition and piano performance from the Art and Cultural University of Applied Science in Tehran, Iran.

Sohrab Motabar (1984) is a composer from Tehran. With regards to states of suspension and dazzled motion his music resonates like a maze for the listener. He composes with algorithms, chaotic functions and non-standard synthesized sounds as a way to give rise to obscured dimensions and experimental modes of perceiving and listening. In 2018, Motabar graduated from the Institute of Sonology. In addition to this study he also actively collaborates in select projects with other artists and musicians.

Nasim Khorassani is an Iranian composer, sound artist, educator, and founder of MOAASER, a free online music academy to support Persian students. Nasim's music takes various approaches to visuality, emotional connection, and language. Her works have been performed by No Exit New Music Ensemble, Del Sol String Quartet, Patchwork Duo, Zeitgeist, OCAZEnigma, Loadbang, International Contemporary Ensemble, in^set trio, Silkroad Ensemble, Thin Edge New Music Collective, Cepromusic ensemble, and La Jolla Symphony Orchestra across the United States, Europe, Canada, and Mexico. Composers Now has also featured Nasim in the IMPACT Series in January 2023. Nasim received her PhD in Music Composition from UC San Diego.

Born 1985 in Brazil. Based in Jerusalem, Israel.  
Studied new music at the Naggar school in Musrara, Jerusalem, and Graduated with honours in July 2010. He then moved to the Netherlands and studied at the Sonology Department of the Royal Conservatory in The Hague where he received his Bachelor and Master Degree's, graduating in 2015. Since 2016 Amir is a faculty member of the Naggar school for new music in Jerusalem, teaching electronic music and composition, in groups and in private. Amir has been active as a performer around the world and in Israel as a curator, record producer, festival organiser and artistic director, alongside his main musical activities as composer-performer-educator.
Amir runs the label "Hedim" which releases local new form music, acting as an embodiment of the fusion between a publishing group, record production group and an event production group.
He is a co-curator and resident at the Mamuta art & media research center.
