COME, RUSH INSIDE

Here we go!

This been pretty much my August - Project, surprise surprise, at my parents in law place - (gotta give it a magic name soon, might sound more "dope" instead of P A R E N T S  I N  L A W   P L A C E.) Haha.
Nonetheless, as "we" already know, the workflow and especially also the influences and what outcome that might be, is most of the times unpredictable and i just let it go - kinda -> go with the flow!

I realized, that i never did anything "fast", so why not just go 160 bpm! Ha! And then it happened and it grew and after that week i had it pretty much done. Turned out i went mad with the drums later on and worked another 3 weeks until i had them where i wanted it to be , along with some little FX automations and little subtle details here and there.

What is this? As i am releasing this, today on my, yeah, 40th birthday, i thought like: "Man, does that not herald the dawn of damn? Right?." Just a little joke. I really hope, that no one will think about me like that, and if there is a yes, then seriously go f.ck yourself, for real! :) There is so much happening, still this global pandemic going and then... there were a lot of news about the lost war in Afghanistan and that really bad times will be coming again. A country, which took so long to gain for instance rights for women and so on, will be pushed back in time and space. And i think that's pretty much it. 

I contacted my wonderful friend John Bucknall (https://www.instagram.com/johnbucknallart/) and asked him if he could draw the thing i had in mind - and damn, he did it!! I am proud that he agreed  and he really nailed it. I spare sharing any additional ideas and other stuff.. its really up to you....like "Have the track, see the picture and then there will be definitely enough space for your own interpretation of all of this." 

And yeah, i am not getting tired of thanking all of you for your support, your amazing and mind blasting music you put on the cloud, which keeps resonating, keeps me going, keeps me so hooked to all of you. I am feeling more and more home with all of you on my side. I befriended so many wonderful artists here, i have the possibility to collaborate with some, and also exchange thoughts, ideas, vibes and the most important "love"!

End of 2021 i will have my third anniversary here on Soundcloud and i am not getting a single millisecond tired of digging all your stuff , liking, commenting , reposting and experiencing it with my all my senses and especially my crazy brain dick!!!! You are amazing!

Robert E. Howard, the creator of Conan, Kull, Solomon Kane and other such characters is one of the founders of the Sword and Sorcery genre, the cornerstone of fantasy and had a short but incredibly intense life in terms of creative. In addition to his many short stories, he tried his hand more than once at writing poetry, most often dark and abupte like the rest of his texts. Cimmeria, the imaginary land that will become Conan's homeland, is first and foremost an evocation of the harsh landscape of the Cross Plains where the author has lived most of his life.

Clarinet was borrowed from my sister for summer practice. Reed & keywork managing is difficult for a beginner, & home cohabitance was set on serious risk, but with painful effort I got something presentable, or so I hope, as not willing to repeat soon...

This is a song that the enormous singer Brittany Espinoza has written and performed, and with the musical creation and production of Freddie M. in Mastering True Music. It is a project that we had pending before the unfortunate events related to Covid19, and has been had to be postponed, until today a version of that song has been released at the end. “Vincent’s Letter” was released July 29th, 2020

I figured there’s no better time than 130 years later…

When I was very young, I had dreams about his paintings. 
 His paintings inspired a deep love in me for art at an early age, and I wanted to be a painter like him

 Music won me over, but I remember being about 10 or so - when I first started playing music a lot - and I promised this self-portrait painting of Van Gogh that I’d write a song (or several) for him that a lot of people would hear.  Yea I made a verbal promise to a painting.  
It wasn’t the first or last time...  I was a weird kid.

The funny thing is?  This isn't even Van Gogh, as I much later found out.  It's "Dr. Gatchet", who was a physician who was treating Van Gogh.  Vincent painted him, and they actually look a lot alike!  But I made the promise to this painting, so here it is
