Sol Selectas welcomes back Italian artist Ayala for his first solo EP, with 3 original songs. 

Ayala has a unique minimal style which fuses tribal instruments from different cultures all into one percussive groove. The songs have an underlying Afro influence, but draw inspiration from jazz and disco as well, combined with a classic 4 on the floor 4 house beat. The Sacred EP will bring yourself into a ceremonial state of mind.

Each song has its own remix, and we are excited to have French favorites Chambord to give their synth -laden twist to “Sacred Piano”. Animal Trainer of Zurich Switzerland make their debut on Sol Selectas with a percussive heavy rendition of “Panther”. And finally we welcome Sifa of Belgium, who extends the original “Sacred Steels”, adding hypnotic acid lines and a super funky bass line. 

The artwork by Helia Jamali is a sacred hypnotic sunset that awakens your deepest senses.

We start the summer with Alaix Pulse and his ‚Cavalcade‘ EP. It contains three original tracks and one remix by @thomas-gaarthuis and one by apaj.  The title track ‚Cavalcade‘, which Alaix Pulse created in cooperation with Ju, stands out with its wonderful melodies and Ju's beautiful voice.  ‚Existence‘, the second track of the EP, takes you on a journey through deep bass and playful soundscapes.  

The last original track is called ‚Joie‘ and brings a rolling bass that keeps pushing forward. In the break, soft voices can be heard, which transport you to another sphere.  The first remix comes from Thommie G, who chose the song ‚Cavalcade‘. He brings in a whole new drive with his version and knows how to use Ju's vocals skilfully.  The EP is rounded off with apaj's remix of ‚Existence‘.  His version is darker than the original. It has a heavy bass that will make any dancefloor shake.
