لم يتسنى لي ان انشرها حينها. ولا اعتبر هذه فرصة ايضاً . ولا اريد ان اميزها كذلك... تضارب. تماماً كحال بشريتنا.  لعلها حتمية.

هذه تعبير عن حزن روحي تجاه الحرب. فتأتي الاصوات باردة ومشتتة. ضائعة في فضاء لا تجد نفسها فيه. 

في حين ان الحرب تأتي لتسيطر. الأصوات هنا تأتي عكس ذلك، ربما لتكتشف لماذا يحصل كل هذا؟

سلاماً للأرواح التي فَقدت نفسها في الحروب لعلها تجد نفسها في إثير آخر.

Method: It's complex.
Narration:  Sequel to 'the solitary arts', his poem explores how some poems come about. Although rich in metaphor, word-play and allusion, the text of the poem is surgically precise.

It's been a while since I posted my latest track, which in fact dated back to 20 years ago. I've been struggling with several issues, and sadly I haven't had many chances to record any new stuff, these latest months or years. This time I won't say things are going to get better in future, because I'm not so sure they will; still I really hope so.
This piece is about spiritual dawning.

Yesterday this song painted a name change for me but after sleeping on it... TBD is too well established so I've reverted to my old artist name.

Call it a product of making songs in the moment all the time and trying to let my music own and reflect that...

Notes
Richard Dawkins is one of the greatest thinkers of our time and possibly the very best at articulating our reality as he honestly sees it. He fights ignorance with such pure truth I'd be scared to debate him on the spirit world .. But I would love to and I think there's a very real conversation to be had asking him how he fills the gaps in science about consciousness and his dismissal of spiritually and an afterlife given those limited explanations of our conscious world... Dawkins is an evolutionary biologist and a wonderful author.

This song was inspired largely by Dawkins and his want, now to project what he sees as the purest of poetry... The truth about our existence. He is well worth a permanent rabbit hole along with his team mate Professor Neil Di Grasse Tyson an Astrophysicist.

So I guess this song is giving them a hand.

This threshold space exists for those who feel like listening to some of my quite professional poetry embedded in rather amateurishly recorded but judiciously arranged sound, a modicum of purely acoustic work notwithstanding. SOUND, SPACE AND TIME

Tend your listening senses gently. Even though my general approach welcomes and embraces lo-fi concepts like the precision of spontaneously occuring imprecisions, headphones worth their membranes are recommended - unless you like your sounds flat, mangled, battered and helpless. You don't, do you? Be kind to these soundscapes.

STRUCTURING IMPULSE

Due to the nature of "poetry soundscapes", your listening expectations regarding traditionally structured "songs", sonically purified "raw wildlife soundscapes", keyboard-laden "ambient recordings" or voice-centered "readings" might not be met. You will find some of those in my list of /likes/. "Noise" is a recurring structural element like any other. This is what this sounds like - within its own rights, limitations, tangents and interconnections. Sonic structures. Silent stretches. Poetry emerges from the gaps between the ruts, seeps in from the undergrowth, sweeps down.
