Matt View & Marvel Cinema return to Soul Deep with a lush three track offering that delivers the innovative and soulful music you’ve come to expect from the talented producers.  The EP kicks off with the edgy and thought provoking composition entitled, “Providence.”  Matt View and Marvel Cinema team up to write the memorable piece that blends their styles perfectly together.  Matt View is up next on his solo tune called, “Vapour.”  The song opens with lovely chirping keys, and smooth pads, but then takes a more dancefloor vibe as the drop hits.  The snappy drums rolling bassline, and sharp pads take over and transform the song into a head-nodding groove.  The EP is rounded out by Marvel Cinema’s solo tune, “Illustrations.”  The song features their signature synth work, warm bassline, echoing vocals, and perfectly tuned drums.  Spring is in the air and this EP fits the season perfectly.  We hope you enjoy this amazing slice of heaven!

With a deep-rooted background in drum & bass, Komodo is known for delivering captivating sets that navigate a range of intricate rhythms and sounds. His journey started after discovering Brisbane’s underground DNB scene and outdoor events in SEQ, which had him hooked immediately and ignited his passion to start mixing. These grassroot gatherings and events still guide his musical evolution—and keeps him grounded in the community that inspired him.

Over the years, he developed his sound and style, crafting journeys that flow through genres such as DNB, 140 and halftime. Komodo has shared the stage with international artists including Paige Julia, Hypho, PAV4N, S.P.Y., General Levy, Mungo’s Hifi, and Halogenix, and performed at notable festivals including Imbolc in South Australia, Initiation Festival over New Year's Eve in 2023, and Archaic Gathering in North Queensland. With each set he remains committed to evolving, looking for ways to creatively push boundaries and deliver captivating performances.
