Growing up in Boston we had many DJ role models. There was Biscuithead records owner, former Loft resident and Utopia founder, DJ Bruno, the godfather of Boston's Deep4Life scene house community. Of course the king of Digging, club rocking, DJ Kon, our disco mentor. Then there was 4Front Records owner and founder of the Rinse and the Boston Jungle/D&B scene, DJ Statik. The list goes on and on, but one of the most important was unsung deep house hero KC aka K Civ. As resident at monthly dance gathering Soul Revival and Bruno's Utopia, he showed us that eclectic, multi-cultural sounds could make people move even at a dance-party.

We've stayed in touch with KC over the years and recently he's been sending us a string of amazing edits that have been all over our DJ sets. Now, to continue our FREE EDIT SERIES on Soul Clap Records, we present to you 4 of our favorites. Club tested and ready for any eclectic dancefloor or set of ears.

Alexander Rashkov, a.k.a. Fully Slick, started djing in his early 20's fascinated by drum’n’bass. He later became interested in wider variety of styles and moved to playing house music allowing him more variety in mixing and selection. In the last few years his long-time affection for vinyl records helped him develop even further his own style. Besides playing in the most significant clubs in Varna where Alexander now lives, he was also a part of the line-ups of Earthdance Festival 2010, Fun City Festival in Varna and Exit  Adventure 2015 in Novi Sad, Serbia. 
Fully Slick’ sets offer an eclectic selection of the currently-in-trend electronic styles mixed with classic house and disco sounds to keep you dancing from the first until the last track.

DJ Intalink from Melbourne, Australia has been dj'ing and producing dance music for the last 20 years. With countless original tracks and remixes under his belt.

One of his current side projects with the "Lektrk" collective, seems to be making ears tune in. With several ep's and two albums and many more tracks in the pipeline.  

Intalink has also been producing tracks under the name fill collins.
