The concept for this SoundTrack originated with having recalled my initial fascination for the tune accompanying 
the "Alfred Hitchcock Presents" television show, 
"Funeral March of a Marionette" by Charles Gounod:

Gounod's score was written in 6/8 time,
so I followed that recipe throughout 
when piecing this tune together as well.
And as I am prone to do,
I have included in the opening bars
an homage to Gounod's haunting piece of mastery.

'Sonic Bayou', written and produced by Editor Cole. I wrote this recently with the idea of it being on an EP for spa music, but when It was complete, It worked really well with the rest of the tracks I had written for 'Landing Party', which is an electronic album I'm releasing this spring. It's mostly ambient, dark ambient, atmospheric, sometimes hypnotic, and cinematic in parts. I've yet to finish mixing this, but as ever, best to listen with headphones, or through good monitors.

sometimes the most trivial occurrences can turn into very significant ones. This recording is a result of being in quarantine for 10 days due to Covid- from June 7-17. I had time to think very differently during this time and as a result learned a lot from my experience-:)

Born in Toulouse
Passionate about music, at the age of 30 Georges left the world of transport where he was bored to join that of theater music and performance.
A self-taught musician, he began his career as a composer and guitarist for the Zanka street theater company with Jérôme Savy (Carte de séjour); At this time he founded the collective of performers "Les démoleurs" which still operates under the name Georges Perché...
At the beginning of the 2000s, he collaborated with the musician Gilbert Gandil (Pulsar) on various event projects with the city of Dubai, including the “Dubai shopping festival”.
He subsequently joined various theater companies (Premier Acte, Fenil Hirsute, Melle Paillette…etc.) in the Lyon region as a musician, composer, sound designer and sound engineer...
Currently he is going to emigrate to Quillan in the Cathar country to continue his activities as a musician and DJ and also work on the tenth edition of the unusual international film festival in Rennes le château.
