He doesn't get down.
Nor ever look around.

There's a a boy.
Aged about ten.
Naming flags to his mother.

The will to look up from her ironing pile. 

There's a box on a fridge.
Which no one will look in.
Ever again.

Which boxes contain.

There's a girl plucking eyebrows.
For forty five minutes.
She watches them fall.
For a moment they stall.
Then they're gone away.

There's a sign on the wall.
Which must signify something.
You don't don't take it in.
The words don't begin.
The words are opaque.

There are things in this world that are best off forgotten.

There's a question which fills you with furious anger. 
Mis-understood all.

He's got his gun he's been around,
and he is not for moving slow.

He'd trade it all in for his soul.

It's jerrys crown that he's taking.
He sits there watching Jerry drive.
He sees the gun at Jerry's side.
Don't care what business you are in.
Nobody messes with this king. 

A police car comes up from below.
They see the crash and they just know.

and they are sure that he is lying.
King sends out creepers and his spies.
Take him away boys he decries. 

A night alone sat in the cells.
The king did not wish Jerry well.
A few months later, ups and dies, 
Jerry just wants us all to mind.
He's the true king of Rock and roll.
Nobody takes away his throne.

What I couldn't see, washed out by the salty sea, reminds me of the time, I searched but couldn't find.
