At the end of each season and series, we wrap things up with our top and bottom episodes!

Wrap Up Episodes

It's the end of season six, and absolutely everything happens while no progress is made!
First up, the race is on to save a stranded Starfleet Captain who the "Defiant" has made radio contact with in "The Sound of Her Voice". After that, the charge to invade Cardassian space is on, but the Federation will be up against automated turrets and a Pah Wraith in "Tears of the Prophets"! And after that, it's our season 6 wrap!

Episode 220: Everything and Nothing

And so another "Trek" series comes to an end with "What You Leave Behind". The Dominion War comes to a dramatic conclusion and suddenly everyone is going their separate ways. Life soldiers on as new responsibilities and new opportunities send our crew in sometimes-surprising and sometimes-obvious directions. "OH CRAP!" The DS9 writers probably shouted at this point, "WE FORGOT TO WRAP UP THE WHOLE DUKAT/WINN/PAH-WRAITHS THING!" And so that's shoehorned in, too.
Also this week: no one likes Ezri/Julian (Ezrian? Julzi?), what next for galactic politics, and wrapping up the season/series!

Episode 233: Sisko Inferno

Executive meddling means we've come to the very sudden end of "Voyager" season one! First up, we learn more about Neelix and his people when the designer of a super-weapon that devastated a Talaxian moon drops by for a visit in "Jetrel". After that, get the cheese to sickbay and brace yourself for a crappier version of TNG's "Lower Decks" in "Learning Curve".

SSHB Episode 241: Cut Short

Time to spend some time on crappy planets! First up, in "Resolutions", Janeway and Chakotay are stranded on a world that gave them a disease they can only survive there. Will they find a cure...and maybe more? After that, Season 2 ends with a Kazon/Cardassian scheme-bang and 3 begins SUPER underwhelmingly as the crew fights cavemen and gets eaten by lizards in "Basics", parts 1 and 2!

Episode 254: Let's Go Camping!

It's finally happened...the "Voyager" has made it to Borg Space! But in a twist they didn't see coming, the intrepid crew finds a species possibly more lethal than their cybernetic foes, prompting Janeway to make a potentially-deadly bargain! Buckle in for "Scorpion", parts one and two!

Episode 267: Sympathy for the Devil

The past comes back to haunt the "Voyager" crew in our first non-cliffhanger season finale/premiere combo in a VERY long time! First up: Janeway's devil's deal with the Borg cost a man his civilization and drives him to understandable revenge in "Hope and Fear"! After that, Janeway is questioning decisions as far back as episode one as her crew struggles with the psychological impact of empty space in "Night"!
Also this week: Caitlin and the kitty, trickle-down f*ckedenomics, and wrapping season four!

"How Sharper Than a Serpent's Tooth" nor the backwards-universe shenanigans of "The Counter-Clock Incident" (in the backwards universe, is TAS good?)We've also got another top and bottom 5! Well..."top" and bottom.

Episode 49 End Of Side B

It’s the end of the infamous first season of TNG, and it sure goes out on a poor note! First up, the B plot of “Coming of Age” comes to its buggy conclusion in “Conspiracy”. Then the Romulans are back but we’re mostly talking to some 20th century dingbats in “The Neutral Zone”!

Episode 68 One Plus One Equals Wrath of Khan

Episode 92 We Got a Geordie Roll!

It's a whopper this week, as for the first time ever SSHB covers both proper "Star Trek" episodes AND a related-but-not-proper-"Trek" thing outside of a Ten Forward! 
First up, we're wrapping season 4 and starting 5 with the two-part "Redemption"! Seeds have been laid for ages now and they're all sprouting schemes to maneuver the Duras family and their Romulan allies into positions of power! After that: the adult film parody of TNG, only edited for YouTube! How does it stand up without its raison d'être? You'll have to listen to find out!
Also this week: too many plots, mixed metaphors, and a blockade that actually makes no sense whatsoever.

Episode 105 Doppelbanger

The past is the place to be - either virtually or actually - on TNG this week! First up, Picard lives the final decades of a long-dead alien world in the fan-favorite "The Inner Light". After that, "Star Trek" goes full "Doctor Who" with paradoxes and historical guest stars in the two-part "Time's Arrow".

Episode 117 Back in the Day

Time to finish off Season 6 and start Season 7 (my God, how are we already to the final season of TNG?!) with "Descent". Data likes feeling, the Borg like individuality, and Lore likes manipulating all of them!

Episode 129 A Star to Steer Into

Okay, yes, you're looking at the length of this one in horror. But you have to understand, this is a BIG DEAL. We have hit the END of TNG and will be discussing not only finale episode "All Good Things...", but the series as a whole! So allow us this indulgence.

Episode 141 Enterprise Deez Nuts

Bajor continues to make an excellent case for its being kept far away from the Federation as season 1 comes to a close! First up, a complicated scheme that leads to greater understanding is entirely undone by a single, enraged drunk in "Duet". After that, religious types try to meddle in public education and we realize Bajor is basically 95% redneck during "In the Hands of the Prophets".

Episode 155: Don't Let Bajor in the Federation

It's all Dominion all the time in the three-part epic that closes out season 2 and opens season 3 of DS9! A simple camping trip bring Sisko and Quark face-to-face with the loyal foot soldiers of the Dominion in "The Jem'Hadar". After the drubbing Starfleet takes at their hands Sisko decides he's not going to wait around and goes looking for the leadership to have either a talk or a donnybrook in "The Search" parts 1 and 2! And this all dovetails with Odo's search for the truth about himself in just the worst way possible.
Also this week: camping for fun and profit, fascist hippies, and another patented SSHB season wrap!

Episode 168: The Goo Behind the Curtain

The schedule got a bit mixed up by that secret two-parter a few weeks back, so we're only covering one episode this week! But we're not shortchanging you, as we also do our Season 3 wrap AND give you a little peek into some future fun! In "The Adversary", a plot very much like "The Thing" plays out on the "Defiant" when a Changeling that isn't Odo sneaks aboard, but it's totally not based on "The Thing", you guys, we swear!

Episode 180: Totally Not The Thing

It's big losses all around for everyone's favorite DS9 ship this week. In "Body Parts", Quark preemptively sells his desiccated corpse after a terrible doctor's visit, but the buyer still wants to collect even when it is discovered the bartender is fine, and to refuse is to be banished from Ferengi society! After that, Odo is forced to face the judgement of his people as the only Changeling known to have harmed another in "Broken Link".

Episode 193: Lost Connections

It seems like only yesterday we were being introduced to the Jem'Hadar way back at the end of season two, and now we're already to the end of season 5 and the long-simmering hositilities between the Federation and the Dominion finally boiling over! Yes, it's "Call to Arms", where a bunch of threads pay off and the Alpha Quadrant is turned upside-down!
