Looking at studio photos this would have used: 1980s Japanese Strat, Zoom 900 guitar effect, DBX compressor, AKG C1000, Seck 12-2 mixer, Cheetah MS6, Ensoniq Mirage and Piano, Roland JV something, BBE Sonic Maximizer, Yamaha SPX 50, Roland D50, Simmonds hex pads and home made drum pads int an Alesis D4—all onto a Fostex A8 8-Track with Cubase sequencing and a Phillip Rees sync unit.

Rummaging through my Hard Drive and I came across this song. It's rather beautiful I think, if overly romantic. Probably early 2000—so Roland Super JV Pianos, Jupiter 6, Cheetah MS6 and my '80s Squire Strat with chorus. Vocal mic was probably a OKTAVA MK-219. there's an E-Bow and a lack of HPF! Keyboard reverb was probably a Yamaha Promix for the vocals a Roland SRV 330. Recorded onto that then new-fangled Pro Tools hardware using E-Magic Logic.
