My new single from my upcoming album "Piano Stories". Like so many people, I am shaken by the terrible events of the last few weeks. Images, stories, deeply disturbing truths. Here, on "A Precious Place" the deep longing for a protected place. A place to which all people have a right and yet which so many millions sorely miss.

For me, it is a kind of therapy album that pulls me out of this powerlessness and gives me strength. Strength to continue to believe in the good in people and strength to fight for the good and for freedom. Era apenas un muchacho,
de sandalias rotas y pan escaso,
que mendigaba palabras en las plazas
y dormía bajo los olivos desgastados.

Lo llamaban Eliam,
y nadie notaba su paso,
pero su alma era clara como el agua
que escaseaba en los campos.

Un día, al borde de un sendero,
se cruzó con un hombre vestido de polvo y silencio.
