Mercurio makes his long-awaited return to Sudbeat with an exciting 3 track EP. 

Coming to global recognition in 2003, Mercurio combines a love of electronic music with live instrumentation and has been a firm favourite for many many years. Signed to Yoshitoshi, Flow Vinyl and more, his music has been featured on the albums of Nick Warren and Hernan Cattaneo. A regular highlight at the past Creamfields Buenos Aires, his live show is a spectacle all of its own. 

First up is 'Todo Pasa' an upbeat summery vibe rich in musicality. Arps glisten against the sparse percussive framework and robust Reese bass. A real arms aloft anthem. Next is 'Bane' a deeper cut with powerful low end. Ebbing against the rubbery bass, vocal shots echo around the space becoming a new melody line. Finally, 'Seconds Away' rounds out the EP. Ambient and enthralling, its every bit the sonic journey.

A creature crawls through endless darkness in search of Orion. Humming, buzzing, mesmerized by the night's lights and immeasurable skies.

Seen seeking the son of the gods, the beams of the Pulsar draw near, the strength of it's magnetic fields alite with luminous energy, as it closes in on the creature.

Hailing from the Amazone riverbanks in South-America but stationed in the South of the Netherlands: meet Kapibara. The brothers are known to infuse their cultural heritage into their music and shows. Kapibara aims at a wide array of fascinating sounds: sometimes dark and deep, sometimes colorful and ecstatic, but always a harmonic blending of storytelling percussion power and melodic madness.

Kapibara’s signature sound floats somewhere between melodic, afro, house and techno. Converging feeling and emotion into a pallet of natural grooves. These chameleons bring great adaptability and they are fully attuned to each other when playing their b2b sets. As a hoster of their jungle-infused Taka Tuka, they get all the space they need to go on expedition in the electronic spectrum.
