loving these vocals.  and that held high note right here, wows.

that fast acoustic knows what's going on.

You really can't beat a song for providing a vehicle in which those cathartic resentments can be played out to the full and this does all that and so much more.  The band plays every note like they really mean it and your vocal hammers the point home with unrepressed intensity.  Brilliant work by one and all!

Great quirky acoustic riff - it is kind of a Flamenco Blues - really interesting. Nice vocal delivery too; you have a hint of Avril Lavigne to my ear. Nice track!

As a devout atheist from my early years I have consequently chosen not to believe in anything that doesn’t have a justifiable or logical explanation. The concept of luck certainly comes into that category as it seems to suggest an exterior force as it’s cause, something I simply cannot accept.

But even non-believers talk about luck being either for or against them, throwing spilled salt over their shoulders or not walking under ladders, because these have become part of everyday behaviour or  language, dictated by habit more than any sense of logic.  The terms in this song all relate to some mysterious good or bad vibe, including - and I’ve known people who actually do this - which direction in which your bed might face when you’re asleep.

Although also a devout atheist, my brother Gal is a good example of such habits, often using the term “Touch Wood” if he wants something to happen in his or our favour.  I think he inherited this from our Mum, who used to say it all the time and would go as far as trying to touch something made of wood to complete the ‘spell', not always easy in what had become an increasingly plastic age.

Despite all of the above, I think Gal must have been ‘Touching Wood’ when he first formed a friendship with Hans, because I’m still not at all sure that we deserve to be associated with someone of such proficiency, consummate talent and innate kindness.  Some may say we have been very lucky.  We have certainly been exceedingly fortunate, which is just about as far as I’m prepared to go.  Whatever your beliefs, we hope you enjoy the song. I’m happy to post this song with help from my first SC friend https://soundcloud.com/espere-verde, who encouraged me on to improve my music making from a very start. Good musician & draughtsman (he did this artwork too), his vocal performance here gave the mood I couldn’t to the song.

Technical highlights:
>Most vocals: Espere Verde
>Music & almost no vocals: Ruizzoidman
>Odd patterns hidden along three levels in this track: amalgamated psycho-hard coating, usual 7/2 in punk/ska intermediate parts, and finally the sweater core is structured in groups of five measures.

Lyrics: strangely, I wrote about these stressing things when I was 21 and supposedly happy; I'd say similarly today I'm twice as old...

I am a frozen statue, watching seasons come and go, feeling changes, doing nothing, forever...
Last movement of the rock symphony, where I pay tribute to, and play, my mom's spanish guitar.
