'' The Argentine duo Suonare have established themselves as a true force withing the progressive scene, being one of the most respected and sought-after acts with releases on every major label of the genre. Thus we can only be utterly thrilled to welcome them to the Synth family with a gorgeous track 'Saw you'. Reaching to their more trancey sound, the original begins with a harder beat just fit for the club, chords made to make one dance and a vox sample that just urges one to get his toes in the sand. Not long until the track unleashes itself into full blown melodic glory in the beakdown with lovely piano lines and effects. A sort of happy melancholy pervades through until we're back to the beat and more lead melodies are added. Sublime!

'' As first remixer we have another newcomer to the family, Skua, but certainly no new name on the scene. His remix takes the piano lines from the break and gives even more depth while adding some new sampled vocals. Summer in a bottle or should we say summer in a track!

Airtraffic surely is one of the new names that has been on everybody's lips for a while now and we couldn't be happier to have him on the release. Intricate chord lines mingle with the original's vox and new melodies to create a rather euphoric rendition. His remix is groovy and vibrant whilst the breakdown features a more quiet and pensive atmosphere.

As the last two remixes, we have two heavyweight veterans with a huge following, Gux Jimenez and Moonwatch3r. Gux's remix features a more laid back approach, almost a late night rendition, a mix of deep and chill ambient styles. Adding a guitar in the break only elevates his production further, a silky remix indeed. Moonwatch3r's rendition closely follows the original but the lead melodies are enhanced and the piano gives it a peaceful and uplifting aura. A remix to have a cocktail close by.

A year later after his debut on Synth, we see the return of Irish artist Keith Harris and be prepared to face summer before its official start with this new EP, for he is bringing the seasonal sunshine and then some.
Unleashing all of his sun-drenched progressive arsenal on our ears and bodies, we start off with 'Bonzai', a true-to-the-core Keith Harris piece, featuring lovely chord progressions and just a groove that'll have one move to its beat no matter what. Summery vocal chops are added mid-way through the mix and a retro-tinged synth lead, all the way to the piano-laced breakdown. Such a feel-good choon.
Next up we have 'Make you mine', a deep-house/house piece that showcases the young artist's talent for making other styles of music, too. The shuffling beat is just perfect for the intelligent dancefloor and the overall structure of the track, focusing on the dreamy chorus is just the thing that brings summer closer and closer.
As an EP closer, the progressive version of 'Make you mine' provides another take on the summer-at-all-costs atmosphere of the original, better fit for a lounge experience while still retaining the tanning effect.

Following his return-to-form on our Spring compilation not too long ago, German wunderkind Maiga is back on our imprint with 'Embers/Close', two tracks that delve into the deeper textured world of progressive, albeit keeping the intrinsic value of the genre.
On 'Embers', a team-up with Cork's very own Keith Harris, a lush world is presented with exquisite pad work, intricate melodies and the right amount of orchestral euphoria. The vibe seeps into the brain, with the atmosphere created being one of meditation.
The B-side 'Close' is a groovier affair with its classic chords pattern, although offering up a straight-up deep choon-like vocal chop that is mesmerizing in its slight cacophony. Subdued orchestral touches appear in the break atop a spacey lingering vibe.
Breaking new ground this is Maiga, with Keith Harris, and the two new incredible 'Embers/Close'.

As expected, the original mix is a work of art, seamlessly blending the artists' styles into a journey of melodies like no other. Cool, meditative, sensual - would be only a few adjectives that could apply to this groovy piece that will have you captivated from the get-go.

We can only describe it as utter joy to see prog master Alex H make his return to our label, especially when teamed up with another 'man of melodies', none other than Z8phyR.
Together they bring us 'Hope for tomorrow', a soft and bright melodic tune, imbued with Balearic flair, seemingly born out of the shores of a tropical paradise. The duo that's on everybody's lips, and for good reason, Mark & Lukas, provide the first remix and they turn up the groove and feel-good atmosphere for an absolutely exhilarating remake.
Last but not least, completing this fabulous package is Chinese star, Melchi, whose rendition is packed with energy, bursting from each melodic layer. Providing a relaxed slice of summer, here's 'Hope for tomorrow' by the joined forces of Alex H & Z8phyR, with equally satisfying remixes from Mark & Lukas and Melchi.
