This track is a remix of a track by @lubro_official called Neptune's Arcade.

When the creators take time off they observe primitives at Neptune's Arcade, this is a mega entertainment complex orbiting a gas giant in the entry system. 

It was partly built by the creators as an experiment to see how the primitives would react upon reaching the space stage. It was initially prepared as a research station with incomplete data but it was eventually repurposed for profit instead.

Since his childhood he likes the music style of the 80s and 90s and was greatly influenced by TV-series and anime of that time. 
In real life, ElectricCourage is a researcher in neuroscience and artificial intelligence (AI). He often draws his inspirations from those fields. In his music he tries to recreate and reimagine a topic related to neurosciecentific, AI and space phenomena.
