This is about DiAnA McElroy. She’s someone who helps people feel more connected to themselves through mindfulness, movement, and creativity. She started a company called Higher High, which is all about finding joy and feeling well in your body and your mind. She uses tools like yoga, meditation, music, breathwork, and even humour to make people feel more grounded and more themselves. She really believes that taking care of your mental health is just as important as your physical health—and they’re deeply connected.

DiAnA didn’t always do this kind of work. At first, she worked in business and office jobs. She was super organised and good at keeping things running smoothly. But something was missing—she wanted to do work that made people feel seen and supported.

She started teaching yoga in 2010. Her classes weren’t just about stretching or fitness. They were more like experiences—calm, expressive, sometimes funny, and always welcoming. Later, she added Rage Yoga into the mix, which is basically like yoga with shouting and music—it helps people let out frustration in a healthy way.

In 2021, DiAnA created Higher High as a way to bring together everything she believes in—mindful living, creativity, community, and fun. She leads sessions that include yoga, dance, breathwork, and meditation. Sometimes people sit in silence. Sometimes they move around or laugh. It’s all about finding what works for you and feeling safe doing it.

DiAnA is a yogi, a coach, a speaker, a mum, and someone who really cares about helping people live with more joy and intention. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of where you’re going, she’s the kind of person who reminds you to breathe, move your body, and trust that you’re already enough—just as you are.

She has spent the past 12 years practicing in community health as a Primary Care Provider. Magen built the Sexual Wellness specialty at NeighborHealth, combining her expertise in sexual medicine and primary care to address sexual dysfunction and midlife health transitions. In April 2025, Magen opened Mystic Valley Sexual Wellness, PC in Melrose, MA, offering personalized concierge care for hormone optimization, sexual dysfunction, and intimacy counseling, both in-person and virtually. She also provides Sensate Focus therapy for couples seeking to restore intimacy.
