Peter Paul junto a Sine Boy formaron a mediados de los 90 uno de los primeros grupos de Breakbeat en Andalucía bajo el nombre de Second Effect. Sin duda su sonido marcó una directriz en la época y algunos de sus tracks de aquella etapa se han convertido en verdaderos himnos del género cuyas grabaciones en vinilo son objeto de coleccionismo muy cotizados… Nos complace enormemente poder presentar este disco de vinilo homenaje a los orígenes del sonido Breakbeat en Andalucía bajo el mítico sello andaluz NMITY Sound desde el que Peter Paul operó a finales de los 90 y principios de los 2000. Para ello hemos trabajado codo con codo con el artista para recuperar estas grabaciones de hace 30 años cuyo resultado puedes encontrar en la primera entrega de la saga RECOVER. Outtime, Speedman, 3,2,1 y una versión moderna de Golden Remix, que Peter ha estado pinchando en los mejores festivales del sur durante muchos años, componen este primer disco de la saga que estamos preparando y que irá viendo la luz en los próximos meses. I’m beyond thrilled to share that I had the incredible honor of playing my first public vinyl set at the HOUSE LAB AFTERWORK party series, hosted by the iconic Warnow Valley in Rostock, Germany. The energy that filled the room that evening was nothing short of electric. From the very first groove to the final beat, I felt an extraordinary connection with everyone on the dancefloor—it was truly magical to see how the music I carefully selected for this special night resonated with all of you.
I want to thank each and every one of you who came to dance and celebrate! Your energy and vibe elevated the experience to a whole new level. It’s moments like these that remind me why I fell in love with DJing in the first place.
This night has left me even more inspired and eager to continue exploring the limitless possibilities of vinyl sets. I’m excited for what’s ahead and would love to bring this raw, authentic energy to other stages, clubs, and festivals.
That said, I do want to acknowledge the technical hiccups that occurred during the set, likely due to a misbehaving cartridge on one of the turntables. Vinyl is a beautiful but unpredictable art form, and I appreciate your patience and understanding as I navigated through those challenges.
Big thanks to Warnow Valley, Erik and Mario, for creating the perfect setting, and thank you to everyone who danced and made this debut unforgettable.

I’m beyond grateful to have had the honor of opening the night for none other than Andre Kronert, my boss at our outstanding pressing plant MATTER OF FACT. Playing at this party and listening to those beautiful mixes - such as the mix of Bonjour Ben - was an experience, a journey through sound, surrounded by incredible people and a truly electric atmosphere.
From the very first record to the last, I felt completely in sync with the energy in the room. Sharing these moments with such amazing guests and my colleagues from the press plant made it even more special. This time, I had the pleasure of playing on two beautifully tuned turntables and what can I say? It was an absolute dream! After the little technical hiccups last time, it felt amazing to just focus on the music and soak in the incredible atmosphere. I’m truly grateful that events like this can happen and that I got to be a part of it. 
So huge thank to the team and to everyone who came out to dance and vibe with us! Your energy was the heartbeat of the night, and I’m beyond inspired by the connections we created through music. Nights like these remind me why I’m so passionate about vinyl and its raw, authentic magic.

This is just the beginning—can’t wait to bring this energy to even more clubs, festivals, and dancefloors!

Beyond music producing for more than 10 years, I'm currently embarking on an exciting new chapter, diving back into the raw, tactile world of vinyl. This return to the basics is a deliberate, soulful pursuit of authentic connection, a chance to share my refined music taste through meticulously curated sets that blend timeless classics with hidden gems and forward-thinking grooves.

HEAR is a DJ and Live Producer, Playing in venues & festivals around the world and composing music with over 2 decades of global experience. Based in Berlin, HEAR has released several albums and records hitting exponentially the Global Electronic Music scene. Here also runs Naissance Musik label nights & releases and co-organizes Origin, an event series in venues across the city.

HEAR has  released collaborative records with top artists such as Move D, San Proper, Wareika, Hakim Murphy (as Dream Scoring), and Henrik Raabe (as Quarter Tones). Additional collaborations include Remixes with Ohm Hourani, Andrea Ferlin, Julie Marghilano, and Amir Alexander, while also creating solo dancefloor weapons.

HEAR’s debut album was released in 2013 on the minimal record label Archipel, and the music is constantly featured in prominent outlets such as Trommel, Mixmag, and XLR8. Announcing soon upcoming Albums from Hear, Dream Scoring & Quarter Tones...
