‘Khamma-Khamma’ is a tribute to Baba Ramdev, the folk deity of Rajasthan who worked for the upliftment of poor people in society by granting them their wishes. He was a saint of the fourteenth century who is equally venerated by Muslims also as Ram Sa Pir.  Baba Ramdev’s legends are still sung by his followers.

ROOTS OF PUSHKAR is basically a music company which is nothing but an international platform for folk artists to present themselves to the vast music lovers’ community of theworld. With its major aim, ROOTS OF PUSHKAR has gone to the inner limits of far desert culture and have brought the unique talent to the world in form of Chugge Khan, Bhanwri Devi, NathulalSolanki and many more.
