It is important at this time to strengthen your conscious choice to step onto your highest timeline and to release all lower timelines (especially those being artificially created right now) that are not in alignment with your soul’s chosen destiny of awakening and service. 

This meditation is optimally done in the morning before the day begins or in the evening before entering the dream state.
