Peter Green (Fleetwood Mac), Marc Ribot, and Danny Thompson have all been part of the journey.

I’m now finishing a new album with Marc Ribot, Tchad Blake, and Danny Thompson — music that digs deep, raw and real.

Connecting, creating and sharing with others has been quite a transformative experience and one that I trust will continue for years to come. I enjoy listening to musicians on SC, and try to leave encouraging and descriptive comments.

I am amazed at the level of talented artists encountered on this site.  Sharing and providing feedback is such an effective way to nurture the creative process.  I am so inspired by many of you.  My songs consist of mostly live instruments and voice.  An organic approach to song writing with a few surprises in the mix.  Please feel free to comment and download if you like!  Todd

Thank you all who take the time to listen to my music, I really appreciate every comment, like and reposts 💜 I've discovered so much amazing music on soundcloud and so many talented and lovely people too. 
I've been writing songs on and off for over 20 years, I write mostly about life experiences and anything that I'm passionate about or situations that I've been in but sometimes imaginary too.. Music means so much to me and I'm really enjoying recording more in this strange lockdown year...

Hey. I am a late bloomer musically. Initially I started on acoustic guitar, then within the last 4 years: Banjo, slide guitar, dobro, recorder, harmonica and singing. There is so much talent and variety here, and most of the people are pretty cool too. I love being part of this community. Listening to your music and being heard in return is enough.

Still reading? OK I'm gonna muse a bit. It's hard to fully convey how much this forum has meant to me. There are people I've never met that feel very much like old friends -- and in a very real way they are.
If I follow someone I make every effort to listen to and support their efforts. It's certainly not a transactional relationship but I do tend to limit my follows to people who engage in mutual listening and engagement. If you listen and leave a comment I always try to listen to *your* music when responding! If you follow at random without any feedback I hope you get something out of that too... ; )
