Narcissists are a four-piece indie/alternative rock band from Wigan, Greater Manchester, UK. The build up of melody with different instruments are describing an ocean of emotions felt across the time about a love relationship that did not work out.

The repeated refrain represents arguments to express disappointments regarding communication issues within the couple with even many attempts to solve them without success.

The last part represents the cutoff of the love relationship literally breaking it up and moving away with hopes to have a better one on the way.

Origins, the third album by The Chronicles of Manimal and Samara, is out now.

The Chronicles of Manimal and Samara (TCOMAS), a UK-based duo featuring Daphne Ang (Singapore) and Andrea Papi (Italy), emerged in London in early 2020. Set against orchestral and cinematic landscapes, the songs also incorporate non-Western musical influences. The lyrics draw inspiration from contemporary and classical poetry, as well as Jungian psychology.
