Dorian Gray is the reflective persona of Italian producer and DJ, @morenomariotti, an artist whose comprehension of techno music is a far cry from any conventions. Dorian’s musical craftsmanship is influenced by two core aspects – his interest in astronomy, but also esotericism and mythology. His productions formulate refined deep and ambient atmosphere, cleverly connected to his interests beyond music. Spellbinding rhythms, detailed ambient pads, and intervening acidic loops shape Dorian’s signature sound and provide a clear glance at this artist’s inspirational flow and intricate creative process.

His work appeared on labels such as Illegal Alien, The Gods Planet, Edit Select Records, Substrato and his track “The Night Gate” on Avant-Propos Records was described by MixMag as “eerie and mysterious and the spectral voices that fill out the top end give it a supernatural feeling that is both haunting and alluring“.                            

We are more than happy to present Dorian on our platform with a superb podcast that symbolically  features tracks from the digital album United Against COVID-19 – a  compilation of Italian deep/hypnotic techno artists united to give their contribution to healthcare facilities operating against the pandemic.

TechnoTrippin' Podcast 096 mixed by Crøwn (ARG).

Crøwn, the stage name of Flavio Pizan, was born in Buenos Aires at the beginning of the 90′.
In December 2018 he released his first EP on Concepto Hipnotico, his music is characterized by dark and hypnotic sounds. Since that time he has released music on international labels like TMM, Human Recs or Combine Audio.
2020 came with new releases and projects that will see the light in the next months.

Neben Jazzgesang und Darkwave entwickelte Medha früh eine Leidenschaft für technoide Musik. Geprägt durch die Berliner
und Leipziger Clubszene, insbesondere das Institut für Zukunft, entwickelte sie ihre eigenen Vorstellung ihre Leidenschaft
zum Ausdruck zu bringen. Mit prägnanten Basslines, impulsiven Rhythmen und repetetiven Sounds bildet sie einen
endlosen Drive der immer zum Ziel hat, Zuhörer zum tanzen zu bewegen. Seit über einem Jahr ist sie außerdem fester
Bestandteil des PVC Kollektivs. Wir haben sie in Leipzig kennengelernt und sie kurz darauf eingeladen um bei uns zu spielen. Daraus wurden jetzt schon mehrere meetings und endlich gibt es nun auch den ersten Podcast von ihr. Viele, Vielen Dank dafür!

In addition to jazz singing and darkwave, Medha developed a passion for technoid music early on. Influenced by
the Berlin and Leipzig club scene, especially the Institut für Zukunft, she developed her own idea of expressing her
passion. With concise basslines, impulsive rhythms and repetitive sounds she creates an endless drive that always
aims to make listeners dance. Leipzig based she has also been an integral part of the PVC collective for over a year. 
We met her in Leipzig and invited her shortly after to play with us. This turned into several meetings and finally we got her first podcast. Many, many thanks for that!

Error Etica aka Victor Martinez is the owner of Psychoskunk Recordings, Producer, DJ and sound engineer, but also a reference in northern Spain for techno music, he worked as a regular DJ in mythical clubs from the 90s and early 2000s in the northern zone like: + & +, Pravda, Pagoa, etc. With a career that spans over 20 years and more than 30 edited records , Victor has developed a unique and personal style that can be experienced in his particular dj sets
exploring through many subgenres of the electronic music, playing in legendary clubs all around the world as: Tresor and Suicide Circus in Berlin, Contra (Seoul), Reverb (London), Moog (Bcn), Cassette (Madrid), Lärm (Budapest), Cürk (Prague), Gamma Club (Tourin) Detached and Tensail in Leeds, etc ,and festivals like: Mugako (Spain) and Alkototabor (Hungary).
Víctor has worked for numerous other labels as: Redsonja, Tsunami records, Granulart, Pole Group, Reclaim your city, Nachtstrom Schallplatten, Sonntag Morgen, Sect London, Subsist, Pohjola and many more...
Being faithful to his style and philosophy, Victor is in a continuous evolution betting for new sounds and new dimensions in the techno sound and bound to evolve in various fields of contemporary creation composing soundtracks for documentaries, short films,
trailers, commercials making off etc. He is currently immersed in creating a new projects with other alias, in 2016 and in just 3 months, he recorded his third album and the first with the new alias: "Slaugh † ered Sain †" , a much more sentimental and deep facet,
tracing dyes and structures that go the brutality of noise sounds of Pan Sonic and other genres such as the Dark Wave 80´s and industrial sound such as: Throbbing Gristle, SPK, Psychic TV, Death in June, Skinny Puppy, Klinik, Explendor Geometrico, etc .Underlining
them with convoluted breaks of IDM and Drones with an evil and depraved atmosphere.
“Odio y Desprecio” is published on the St. Petersburg label"La Notte di Architetto . 
Nowadays, he is working in parallel with Error Etica in another project called: “K3RN3L PØISSØN” focused on electronics, drum & bass, dubstep-techno and the most experimental and avant-garde electronics, with bars that come out of the 4x4 and Down
Tempo, breaks and textures created with digital synthesis programming and experimentation with modular synthesis and Audio Apps. his first work with this new alias called: “Hierarchy”, he has edited it on Redsonja label (Madrid).
A guy who moves away from trends and manners,showing a deep, dark and energetic crush, lots of energy!
