I made this song through the eye’s of a dreamer trapped in the real world. ‘Lost And Found’ is the dreamer’s tragedy. It is based on a feeling all of us relate to but never really vocalise. We all have dreams and fantasies that carry us through our lives, yet we slip from that daydream back into reality which is full of discomfort, grief and disappointment and so; it’s a story of coming to terms with feeling lost and out of place in the real world, yet at the same time keeping that naive sort of innocence and hope in your heart.
