Music noir.  Moody, cinematic post-punk.

The Liar Script, hailing from the San Francisco Bay Area in CA, was officially formed in early 2010, writing songs influenced by the sounds of the late 70s and early 80s coming primarily out of Britain.  Films, as well as literature, have inspired the band as much as the music of bands such as Joy Division, PiL, Bauhaus, The Birthday Party, The Sound, Echo and the Bunnymen, etc.  They often play gigs in the local scene, and though currently unsigned, they hope to reach as many of you as possible who are tired of the cliches in today's mainstream music.
