Just Keep Moving is about encouraging yourself and others to keep pushing forward, even in tiny baby steps, because you never know what is around the next corner in your life. 

I wrote this as a love note from one part of me that knew I would get through this tough time and pick myself up again, just like I did a thousand times before, to the part of me that felt like a total mess. 

I hope it helps you when you are struggling and having a bad day. 

Just keep moving forward.
