Hi there! I'm Cookee, an aspiring VGM composer. I started out as a "writer" (fanfiction) and an "artist" (doodles) and eventually actually became good at writing and art somewhere along the way. I began making music in 2020, and have been improving my craft ever since.

Epic Down is a duo from Leipzig, Germany dedicated to the sluggish grooves and lumbering riffs of sludge & doom, started in 2021 by Mitzschi (guitar(s)/bass) and Fabian (drums/vocals).
Influenced by primal doom, drone and stoner, the sound of Epic Down is mainly characterized by solid downtempo grooves and rolling walls of guitars, complemented by slightly melancholic vocals.

With the release of their first EP "Equinox Pt1" and it’s sequel "Equinox Pt2" in 2023, the band stepped into the light of publicity.
After signing to Argonauta Records the band was able to celebrate the release of „days of oblivion“ as their debut album in fall 2024.

My compositions, and other artist's compositions that I arrange, do not conform to any genre. Its classification is post-genre which is music beyond any description. In fact, the artist becomes the genre. My compositions are heavily influenced by progressive rock, post-rock, and classical music. My most Influential composers/musicians are Tony Banks, Richard Wright, Jeff Lynne, Steve Hackett, David Gilmour, Robert Fripp, Phil Collins, Keith Moon, Erik Satie, Claude Debussy, and Modest Mussorgsky.

Experimental music that ranges feral beyond constraints. 

The music covers a lot of non-genres. Multiple resonances include Dark/Ambient, Psych, Doom, Drone, Noise Rock, Kosmische, EDM, Trapwave, and Romantic Era and Post-Romantic, with special nods to the bands Swans, Earth, Caspar Brotzman Massaker, Godspeed You Black Emperor. Dystopian Inspirational for noble outlaws.

My name is Rosemary Bensko, and SA is my artist name. While most songs are just me, and I do all the production, when other contributors are involved, they become part of the band for those songs.

Collaborators who contribute a stem to a track or were involved in a jam are always credited: XAW, Igor Iofe, Chris Nolte,Tom McCarthy of TM's Sundae Sauce, Steve Gilmartin, Psychedelic Mayhem, The Fall of Saigon, A.J. Kaufmann, with remixes by The Infinite Wimshurst. There are also joint ventures and SA playing and singing on other people's music.
