She runs her own party and mix series, Slow Burn which carried us through lockdown days. Gab's mixes range from the most lush and meditative ambient moods (we've rinsed her Waxflower and Hope St mixes like no tomorrow), through to juicy minimal bangers and chunky tekky flavours. Influences: 
As far as dance music, early progressive and psy through to newer proggy clubbier stuff, a lot of which is coming out of Melbourne! More broadly, I grew up on a lot of psych rock from the 60s & 70s, and I can feel that influencing my taste in dance music as I gravitate towards driving, whimsical, trancey sounds.  

Affiliations/Residencies/Projects: 
I'm currently recording the first EP for my new psych rock project Milou Moon (@milou_music) set to release September 2023. Stay tuned! I also DJ at parties around Melbourne sometimes- this mix is actually based on a set I played recently at around 2am at a park party.

Don't wait to be inspired, work to be inspired. Can't track down who said this but I repeat it to myself a lot!
