I Can’t Live Like This w/ CamGlo

Music for a video game I was commissioned to write and produce the score for, this track makes use of the Novation Summit, orchestral samples (strings and some horns), piano (my Fazioli with plenty of reverb!), trumpet, and trombone. All of my orchestral samples are by Spitfire. The idea is to create background music until action moves to a cut scene and the horns open up at the end here. Apologies for a bit of static here and there, things still need to be cleaned up on mastering—especially the horn overdubs.

Leaving Kazan/Systemate

I compose music and play synths, piano, organ, and other keyboard instruments. Early instruments and their theory and pedagogy are very interesting to me, and even when I write for synths, I often go back to early works composed for clavichord, harpsichord, and organ for inspiration. While a lot of contemporary composers seem interested in beats or atonality, I am mostly interested in melodics. I try to bring a lot of Baroque and Romantic concepts to what I am doing with synths and piano.
