Final mix down to a MARA MCI JH110 1/4inch 2-track at 15 ips using ATR Master Tape. I used an input and output transformer to give some additional harmonic distortion.

Three Photons is an analog-centric indie jazz-blues project that blends vintage warmth with cinematic introspection. Rooted in tape-based production and minimalist arrangements, the sound evokes dusky landscapes, quiet urgency, and the emotional clarity of improvisation.

Drawing from early jazz recordings, lo-fi textures, and ambient storytelling, Three Photons crafts sonic environments where each note feels intentional and alive. The name reflects a fascination with light, resonance, and the subtle interactions that shape perception—mirroring the project’s ethos: understated, immersive, and deeply human.

From reel-to-reel saturation to spacious reverb tails, every track invites deep listening and quiet reflection. This is music for late nights, long drives, and moments that linger.

Jazz/Fusion keyboard player, composer and producer.  Marketing, advertising, publishing and sales career.  Originally from Chicago, where I developed a strong appreciation for the blues and classical, and moved to New York, where jazz and the fine arts are so deep.  Key musical influences include Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, Jimi Hendrix, Joe Zawinul and Weather Report, Chick Corea and Return to Forever, John McLaughlin and the Mahivishnu Orchestra, Stanley Clarke, Scott Henderson and Tribal Tech, Jeff Beck and Jan Hammer, Mike Stern, John Scofield, Pat Metheny, Emily Remler, McCoy Tyner, Bill Evans, John Coltrane, Jimmy Smith, Joey DeFrancesco, Larry Young, Buddy Guy, Santana and Earth Wind & Fire.   Former classical clarinet and piano player.  Unless noted, my music on SoundCloud was composed, recorded and performed using only keyboards.  An avid photographer.  Many covers here are my shots. Lorena Ulpiani was born in Italy on the 9th August 1959. In the 1980s she moved to Padua, where she still lives today. She graduated from the University of Verona in Literature with a major in Art. For over 20 years she has worked as a professional journalist but has never abandoned her colour palette. A lover of steam locomotives, she has published a number of historical texts and cultivates a passion for itineraries outside of the usual tourist circuits.
An interest in human rights in the 90s leads Lorena to work for the Cree, not your stereotypical bead threaders but rather the financially savvy natives of Northern Quebec. Immersed in the Quebec villages and lands, she develops a fascination for the language of geometry and a deeper understanding of aspects related to colour. The latter is complemented by her studies of sacred art, from Europe to China, and as far as Tibet, in a quest for that light which is immersed in a dimension beyond the visible and synonymous with peace and meditation. Works by Lorena Ulpiani can be found in private and public collections in Italy and abroad.

Talented singer/songwriter multi instrumentalist. Now if you like your music to be different and very unique then this is for you, with a huge array of instruments & sound machines there is no stopping the flow of pure genius. almost psychedelic in nature with heavy influences from old school rock bands imagine crossing T-Rex, The Beatles, The Smashing Pumpkins, with Pink Floyd &  Jefferson Airplane then to top it all with some Nirvana. Which ever way you look at it there’s something for everyone and this guy will defiantly keep your senses entertained. Vocally fantastic, Lyrically very good and the music pure talented uniqueness.


People still ask me what or who is Trendlaser?  Is he you?  No, he isn't me. I'd never say the stuff he does. And even though we've been writing songs together from the beginning, I don't know much about him, except that some of his comments are a bit... Anyway, they're not malicious.  Now, he claims he was conceived in a test tube in some clandestine government lab and was raised in a bio-pod from which he escaped when he was seventeen. Doubt it, but, who the hell knows. The guy is incredibly honest about everything else. Love him/hate him--he doesn't care--but I do! I want us to sell a zillion records.--Danny Bulla

 Winds up in LA with a suitcase and a few bucks. Had some more life experiences, took acting lessons, fell in and out of love a couple times. Pulled his strat from under the bed where it had been untouched for about a year. Started writing songs, the best he'd ever done (in content and emotion),  and voila! TRENDLASER  LIVES! (Released Oblivion Jan. 2015.  Then, Sliding,  May 2015.
