Journey deep into the forest - The place where we can get lost deep into the nature, to travel into the mystery, the path of the unknown, being guided by the inner wisdom, by the mother nature, guided by the stars, by the trees, by the spirits of animals, the birds, guided by the invisible, guided by the ancient forest which we are so deeply part of it. Guided by the roots of us waved into the roots of the earth.

In this 5Rhythms wave, I offer a succinct and seamless journey with adequate transition time for exploration between each embodied state of being: Flow - Staccato - Chaos - Lyrical - Still.  Use those transitional moments to your benefit by softening, breathing, and allowing the body to use it's own inherent wisdom to open up into the next process.

Ultimately, it is my hope that this wave can & will be used to catalyze your dance in new and profound ways.
