Ooit begonnen als zanger in een jeugdkoor, ruim 13 jaar lang. Het jeugdkoor werd ingeruild voor (lead)zang/gitaar/toetsen in bandjes. Na onder andere "Check Vamos &amp; the Gonzo Coverband" kwam het acoustische duo "Cripple &amp; the Blind", samen met Marc Smits, waarmee in de zomer van 2000 drie weken door Engeland en Noord-Ierland werd getourd. Covers - maar wel in een bijzonder creatieve jas. 
Met deze formatie is in de zomer van 2001 het lied "Ontbijt voor twee" geschreven ter gelegenheid van de introductie van nieuwe studenten in Wageningen. Voor die gelegenheid werd het duo tot quintet uitgebreid. Het duo heeft tot 2005 bestaan.

In 2001 begonnen met musical bij musicalvereniging Sempre Sereno, waarin onder andere opgevoerd Hair (Woof), Moulin Rouge (Christian), en the Rocky Horror Show (RiffRaff).
In de zomer van 2003 voor het openlucht-theaterstuk "Waar Wilde Wortels Wenken" van theatergroep Impuls muziek geschreven, samen met Yuri Stevens, en opgevoerd met een uitgebreide formatie. Werkte mee aan de danstheatervoorstelling "Driven by electricity" van danstheatergroep Pandance. Sinds 2005 zangles van Jimmy Hutchinson. De laatste jaren af en toe een solo performance als zanger/gitarist op diverse gelegenheden.

Laszlo (aka Aaron Wheeler) is a composer / producer, multi-instrumentalist and
founder of the 4-piece jazz funk fusion band, Lydian Collective.

Aaron has released three albums under the name Laszlo: Radial Nerve
(2011), Level Five Stage One(2013), and Cartoon Hero(2015). These releases have created an international following and have generated over 1.4 million Spotify streams, as well as hundreds of thousands of YouTube views and plays on BBC Radio 1, 6 Music, and Radio 3 - with support from tastemakers such as Giles Peterson, Nick Luscombe, Oliver Jones, and Tom Robinson.
