B.L.A.C. was a struggling club in 2021. With a team of passionate toastmasters members’ efforts, they have achieved president distinguished club in the 2021-2022 term. The club's growth ranked top 20 around the globe. B.L.A.C offline meeting is located in Lujiazui financial area in Shanghai. It often happens on Friday night. So if you are looking for a place after work to meet a group of passionate people, you are more than welcome to visit.
