She Left by syncanonymous was performed/improvised live on September, 4, 1993 before an audience at Cafe This in Santa Rosa, California. This was the first syncanonymous trio gig. She Left is the first song on DAT tape #2 for that night. Piki broke a cello string early in the set and that sent him into multi-instrument mode. Nevertheless, we played for 3hrs and 40 min that night.
Tape one from this night suffered from the cello being too loud. Tape 2 we got great levels.

Kerry Garloff: Roland Drum Pad.
CT Reitzell: Guitar (Japanese Fender strat with PUs wired all wrong); Ibanez DMD2000 Delay; Alesis Quadrverb; ADA MP-1; Traynor power amp; Pacific cab with custom speakers.

Recording: Radio Shack/Tandy Realistic PZM mic pair into> into Sony DTC-690 consumer DAT machine (Pulse convertors). & Digital Transfers (2001) via: DAT(48KHz/16bit) toslink output> toslink into Midiman CO2 (optical to spdif convertor) spdif out>Delta66.

In 2014, this file has had only Sonnox De-Buzzer applied; no other processing was done.

Methods: Used 4 different pieces of source material. One was a straight-up melody, one little piece of artwork, a page from Steve Nelson-Raney's Core Strata Theory book on Bi-tonality (he didn't number the pages!) and then a medium-sized piece of artwork (I look at artwork a lot due to synesthesia being helpful to me for coming up with ideas. Typically, I don't use sheet music much, anymore. This time I did, however!) This track is one of several variations of the written melody, though, so I guess I really did stray from the recent "norm."
