My entry for the winter 2018 composition contest on the Young Composers' Forum. Based on the emotion "Fear", each movement depicts a slightly different nuance of the emotion:
1 - "Rush" (the adrenaline from a fight or flight response)
2 - "Dread" (the paralysis from overwhelming fear)
3 - "Phobia" (living with irrational fears - and a nod to my fear of dolls)

From Novembre 2017 to November 2018 I've been working as a composer and sound designer on the debut game of Studio Melusine, Brigands. The process have been interesting and I've learned so much during the development with the guys from the team.
For this specific game which is set in a Steampunk world I wanted to add a lot of flavor to it with the music. I've mixed element from traditional celtic music , oriental music, and big modern bombastic music. I've also paid a lot of attention to the consistency of the soundtrack via the use of as few motifs and themes as I could, same kind of instruments througout the whole soundtrack (tin whistle, guitars, choirs, strings, brasses and ethnic percussions)

It has been a great adventure with the team and I hope you will enjoy our work.

Bounty Hunters (Bonus Track)

For piano and special effects (optional instrument rack, basic reverb/delay effects)
Intended for live performance using either (1) an  acoustic piano  mic'd and FX'd, or (2) an electronic piano filtered through ... well, electronics.
The piece, temporarily titled "unknown", is based on four altered states of mind, which also loosely follow a story: (1) drunk, (2) concussed, (3) ICU: Slipping Into Coma, (4) Near Death Experience: A Glimpse of Light.
Composed for entry into the Young Composer's Forum Composition Contest, November 2019 - "Poor Form" competition.
