Harvest and rebirth Equinox meditation

Unwinding is a softening process of release. In this call we will bring our energies together and allow for a deep slowing down and listening in through the physical. We will let our bodies instruct us and guide us, taking nourishment in stillness and sisterhood. Full moon shines her light on our capacity to listen to our own needs and to let go of everything that we no longer need as we turn into the darkest part of the year.

This is a deeply feminine, deeply Yin time in nature, and we follow her lead. Can we step out of the chaos and into the river of silence that flows beneath it all – and can we do that together? This is an invitation to connect and self nourish; two integral aspects of TreeSisters that proceed action.

'Walking the Map' : embodying the 5 choices and exploring inner balance

"Time" is the main theme of "A la recherche du temps perdu", inspired by the amazing book "In search of the lost time" by Marcel Proust. We live in "fast times", we are "stressed", and we all are longing for the "temps perdu", when life was slower, more down tempo. So the pieces in this series, called after the chapter titles of Proust´s book, are very slow, very accentuated, very expressive. Both listeners and pianists should take their time, to play and listen, as a short break from "normal times"...

Ellen recorded all 7 pieces of the series " A la recherche du temps perdu" and 4 pieces of the new "Adveniat" series. Both series are very contemplative, and Ellen´s masterful interpretations accentuate this character so well. We are sure you will enjoy our new "pure piano" Album!

Sistering Global Full Moon Call

The year is turning. Nature is resplendent in Her fullness - starting the soft relaxation towards the beginnings of autumn, and so are we.

This call is an invitation to really soften into fullness and gratitude - to explore how deeply we can receive who we are and what we have - to open more to what already is and to re-energize in that receptivity.

As treesisters, we are consciously opening to the flows and cycles of nature so that we can live more connected, more nature informed and nourished lives. Nature teaches us about how to live totally, and this call is to awaken more personally to that learning and embody it more fully.

These calls are deep journeys of embodied meditation in togetherness with women all over the world. You need not have done anything like this before, and are simply welcome to step in to the sisterhood and be nourished.

Fullness Global Full Moon Call

'When a thousand Goddesses gather, the Diving Feminine will rebirth through their combined energies'

This is a Tibetan myth very close to the beating heart of TreeSisters. One of the main reason that we do these calls is because we believe that when women wake up to who we really are, and then come together consciously that our combined energies become a gateway for something greater than ourselves - and that this greater something is what's needed to support the great turning.

This call will be a chance to drop deeply into meditation together and then open to the energies of the Divine Feminine - in what ever form she comes to and through you.

This is for all women - no need to have been on one of our calls before - we simply show up, relax, open and allow what wants to happen. They are beautiful, supportive and strengthening.

2014 Winter Solstice Reflection Call

Introduction:
We created the New Moon calls as an offering to the sisterhood and as a way of connecting us all more fully to a nature-based rhythm.  It is also our way of sharing how TreeSisters is embodying the Feminine Principle and Living Systems it its organizational unfolding.  
Winter Solstice Organizational update is on our blog for those interested in the details of our journey from the Equinox to the Solstice.

Winter’s Summons:
Winter is the time of the deep drop into the Feminine Principle and archetypal energies most conducive to healing, creativity and new birth.  Feminine energies are stirred in all of life on the planet as we enter a period of gestation and presencing our potential.  
New Moon at Winter Solstice is the visioning moon for the entire year.
The soul, having been purified and realigned in the Autumn, is now ready to seed, gestate, and give birth to new possibilities and potential that will unfold through the rest of the year.  This season is most aligned with the Divine Feminine and awakening it within our souls is the primary energy at play.
Winter is a visionary time in which we step back from outer activities in the world and tend the inner plane.  Winter is the womb from which we will birth the coming year and all that we most long to creatively manifest, which is what makes the holiday madness so many experience all the more insidious.  At the very time the universe wants to support our inward journey where we can conceive and gestate our unfolding soul, cultural expectations have most women in the shopping malls, wrapping presents, and cooking large dinners.
We wanted to offer a holy pause for women during this time of year to tend the inner plane of the soul from which our most authentic lives can emerge.
Winter summons us to turn inward and explore the realm of our dreams and visions for the unfolding year.  

The Journey

The Radio Workshop spoke to a matriarch, a new mother and a group of teenage girls. They share their experience of womanhood in celebration of Woman's Day. They range in age from 61 to 13 years old but all are connected by a sense of purpose, love, learning and gratitude.
