Unwinding is a softening process of release. In this call we will bring our energies together and allow for a deep slowing down and listening in through the physical. We will let our bodies instruct us and guide us, taking nourishment in stillness and sisterhood. Full moon shines her light on our capacity to listen to our own needs and to let go of everything that we no longer need as we turn into the darkest part of the year.

This is a deeply feminine, deeply Yin time in nature, and we follow her lead. Can we step out of the chaos and into the river of silence that flows beneath it all – and can we do that together? This is an invitation to connect and self nourish; two integral aspects of TreeSisters that proceed action.
