Nourish your body, still your mind and prepare yourself for the quietening as the season calls us into our roots for deep integration and renewal.

Harvest and rebirth Equinox meditation

Unwinding is a softening process of release. In this call we will bring our energies together and allow for a deep slowing down and listening in through the physical. We will let our bodies instruct us and guide us, taking nourishment in stillness and sisterhood. Full moon shines her light on our capacity to listen to our own needs and to let go of everything that we no longer need as we turn into the darkest part of the year.

This is a deeply feminine, deeply Yin time in nature, and we follow her lead. Can we step out of the chaos and into the river of silence that flows beneath it all – and can we do that together? This is an invitation to connect and self nourish; two integral aspects of TreeSisters that proceed action.

Unwinding into Rest - TreeSisters December Full Moon Meditation

This is our first fully experiential journey around the Map of 5 Choices that underpins every aspect of the TreeSisters campaign. Doing this process can change your whole perception of life - linking the feminine principle to both climate change and its healing, and will certainly deepen your experience and understanding of TreeSisters. It's like sowing a seed into your body and heart that is designed to generate more soul based creativity and feminine wisdom. You will need 5 cushions laid out in a circle so that when you lie down like a star fish, your hands, feet and head are each on a cushion. Turn off your phone and discover...

'Walking the Map' : embodying the 5 choices and exploring inner balance

This is a way of feeling into what you are ready to let go of in your life that holds you back,  and what is ready to be birthed and nurtured through you in support of your fullest self expression and vital life. If you need a change, a boost or a shift of gear then this is for you. It is a whole process that needs to be fully engaged in, so turn off your phone and ensure that you wont be interrupted for at least 40 minutes. It will take you deep, and your state will be altered afterwards, so no leaping up to drive!! Prepare to relax, to discover and to open....xxC

Rebirth And Nurture Meditation using the Map of 5 Choices

Blossoming Tree is an experiential journey into our own relationship with sharing ourselves, with beauty, with shining and allowing ourselves simply to feel our own softness without closing down or hardening up. This is tough for so many of us, but a muscle that can grow when holding hands and feeling safe in our own space.

This meditation is a doorway into the feeling world of deep feminine abundance and opening, and then the energies of sharing ourselves from that place.

Our moon cycle is a flow that turns with the tides and plugs us into the mainframe of nature in ways that can redefine our experience and roles as women – a flow that can hand us the keys to more vibrant relationships with our health, creativity, sexuality and spirituality if only we will recognize it, say yes to it, reclaim it and then fully embody it.

Earthing the Moon™ -  Introductory Call

We're following nature - following the trees who know all too well that their capacity to bare fruit depends upon their depth of rest.

It's the season for rest. The time to withdraw our energies from everything external and gift our life force back to our own bodies, hearts and minds. It's time for us, time for letting go, deepening into the mystery within so that the wintering can serve us most fully.

You'll find a short intro about the seasonal relevance to resting and then a deep and long relaxing meditation where we draw our energies back from all external activity into our own bodies and beings for deep rest, nurture and resourcing. 

This is a recording to listen to every month when you bleed - or at new moon if you are no longer bleed - to give yourself the added support and encouragement to really give yourself back to yourself. Enjoy. ~Clare

Deepening Into Rest  Full Moon Call December 2014

This is a practice to draw natures increasing light to the parts of us that we long to grow and nourish. It is super simple.

Daily 6 minute self nurture practice (winter to spring)

This winter TreeSisters is exploring how we can activate our network at the next level. On the December and January New Moon call we explored what role the Crone archetype wants to play within TreeSisters and began a collective conversation about how to call forth one another's gifts on behalf of TreeSisters.

Our full moon calls are free gifts for women who want to nourish themselves, and connect to their bodies and each other at full moon - for strengthening, for support and for sisterhood. You are welcomed:-)

This call will be a gifting of reverence through body and nature connection - following your intuition, feeling into your bodies needs and then answering them through connection to landscape and beauty. Reverence Full Moon Call

It's high summer, slipping over the edge in the north, as those down under start to move towards spring. It is an ideal time either in fullness of summer or darkness of winter to seed our deepest longings into the unseen realms out of which all things manifest.

This month's free Full Moon is called Invocation. This call will be an opportunity to follow and feel through your body, what the truest most authentic longings are in terms of everything that you wish to call into your life.

How often to we really feel for what is wanted, seed it powerfully and then water it fully. If you would like to take some time to really feel towards the you that you long to be, then this call is for you.

As we spiral towards the end of summer - our bodies are still opening to receive all the light, warmth and beauty needed to hold us through the darkening as it comes.

This meditation is very body based and very bliss based - a seeking for pleasure in nature to resource and fill us up - a strengthening of our listening through the physical so that we can be guided into nourishment.
