Hey guys! so this is the first track to be uploaded to this project, i know it was on my initial account - but i felt the sound and energy of it really fit this new project, obviously the vocals may not be 10/10 but, hey, at least i tried! Haha!
For those of you that don't know, this track was the very first time i had released anything to do with my voice openly to be listened to by whoever wanted to, which was kind of a big deal to me, but all of the positive feedback from friends and family has only inspired me, it's made me want to progress, discover my own sound, stop saying i'll plan my project and just get on with it! So this is the first step towards it, and it's been a step in the works for near enough a year and a bit, i feel like i'm finally ready to start this new chapter of my journey.

So this is my first original track for this project, and it's one that hold a lot of meaning to me for numerous reasons. The song is basically a thank you to all of the people that have helped me through some of my darkest times, for those of you that may not know I suffer from chronic and social anxiety, as well as trichotillomania (obsessive hair pulling) which meant it has been very difficult for me to face certain situations and still affects me today in life, but for me to even be openly talking about it right now, that's something i'd never have dreamed of doing a couple of years ago, and it's through all of the helpful support I still receive today from friends, family, even the ones thousands of miles away that have brought me to where i am today. So this is a well overdue thank you to all of you, i hope you enjoy it!

This song is one i've been working on for absolutely ages, it's a song about growth. Uploading this now marks the complete end of my project "i'm fine". I'm fine was a learning experience, it gave me the time to figure out a direction, whilst being the biggest road block I have ever created for myself. Nothing seemed to fit the sound I wanted, sometimes it was electronic, sometimes all I wanted to do was tear my vocal chords hammering some of the toughest things i've faced in my life into the surrounding area, and sometimes I just wanted to say it how it is. I'm fine became more of an idea than a 'project' to me, heavily based on a very dark place we all come across in our lives. I'm fine is dead, the future is Positively Ghastly.
